This article uses artificial energy to analyze literature reading and cases in English teaching of vocational skills training analyzes the current situation of artificial intelligence technology and colleges and universities and proposes the application of artificial intelligence technology to vocational skills training. To improve the quality of teaching in English teaching, we researched on English teaching in artificial intelligence from a theoretical perspective. Through literature research, we find the matching point between constructivism theory and artificial intelligence-assisted teaching, and through the second language acquisition theory and communicative teaching method to summarize the language acquisition process assisted by artificial intelligence. Based on the constructivist teaching theory, with the help of the 4 C/ID model idea, combined with the characteristics and functions of artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence, and traditional teaching activities are organically combined to design a teaching design model of artificial intelligence assisted English teaching. It designed an integrated management system for English teaching resource information based on artificial intelligence. The hardware design of the system is realized relying on the design of the English teaching resource storage module and system server design. Based on the design of the system operating environment and database design, the software design of the system is realized. The results show that the proposed integrating management system of English teaching resource information is more suitable for sharing English teaching resource information than the conventional integrated management system of English teaching resource information. The combination of artificial intelligence and English teaching will surely bring breakthroughs in the development of high-intelligence teaching. The potential of artificial intelligence in the field of education is unlimited. As with the impact of computer technology on education reform, we have reason to believe that AI-assisted instruction will become an important direction of modern educational technology.

AbstractWith scientific research in materials science becoming more data intensive and collaborative after the announcement of the Materials Genome Initiative, the need for modern data infrastructures that facilitate the sharing of materials data and analysis tools is compelling in the materials community. In this paper, we describe the challenges of developing such infrastructure and introduce an emerging architecture with high usability. We call this architecture the Materials Genome Engineering Databases (MGED). MGED provides cloud-hosted services with features to simplify the process of collecting datasets from diverse data providers, unify data representation forms with user-centered presentation data model, and accelerate data discovery with advanced search capabilities. MGED also provides a standard service management framework to enable finding and sharing of tools for analyzing and processing data. We describe MGED’s design, current status, and how MGED supports integrated management of shared data and services.

Abstract Following the increasing rate of natural disasters, more attention is being paid to post-natural disaster reconstruction projects. However, from the perspective of project management, these projects show a significant degree of differences from the regular construction projects. Although some progress has been made on this topic, further research is needed to smooth pathways for the management of Post-Natural Disaster Recovery (PNDR) projects. This paper provides a management framework for PNDR projects throughout the qualitative analysis of the research's selected resources. The resources identified by applying inclusion and exclusion criteria in academic online platforms have been coded by NVivo 2020, and corresponding groups have been made for PNDR life-cycle and project stages. An integrated management framework has been put forward throughout the simultaneous application of the research's suggested life-cycle and project stages for PNDR projects. The most significant observation of this study is the necessity of applying a continuous life-cycle to address projects' long-term goals and provide an experience-based database for the management of next natural disasters. The significant role of planning in the entire life-cycle of PNDR projects, recognition of the tasks that need to be handled continuously during entire PNDR projects, the necessity of simultaneous consideration of tangible and intangible recovery outcomes are the other findings of this study. Recognition of reconstruction as part of the bigger system, named recovery, also stressed the necessity of considering the recovery project as a whole.

The tara (Caesalpinia spinosa(Mol.) Kuntze) is a non-timber forest species whose pods are of economic importance to various industries; however, attacks by pests such as Tanaostigmodessp. the leaves and young stems decrease the production of this species. The aim of this study was to determine the morphological and biological characteristics of Tanaostigmodessp. and percentage of incidence in C. spinosa. 1399 insects were identified in which evaluations of the duration of the stages, the morphometry and the damage to the plant were carried out. The egg, larva, pupa and adult measure 0.2, 2.0, 2.1 and 2.0 to 2.3 mm long, last 13.1, 71.8, 20.6 and 10.1 days respectively,totaling its development cycle in 115.1 days; the larvae when feeding make mines in the rachis of the leaves and in young stems, reaching maximum attacks of up to 84.5% causing defoliation. Tanaostigmodessp. it is a major tare pest, with average attack records of 24.6% on leaves. Knowing its biological aspects and its interaction with tara phenology will allow the adoption of efficient strategies for its integrated management and control.

The banana Musaspp. (Musaceae) is a tropical perennial crop of major consumption in the world, the main producing regions are; Asia (54.1%), America (25.5%), Africa (18.4%). In Peru, Piura accounts for 72% of the country's total volume of organic banana exports. In recent years in Peru and in other producing areas of the world, symptoms of necrosis in the vascular bundles of the pseudostem have been occurring, causing the early death of plants in production. The objective of this study was to identify the main fungal pathogens associated with vascular necrosis of banana. The fungi isolated from the pseudostem, rhizome and roots were identified using taxonomic keys. The external symptoms of the disease were yellowing and necrosis of the leaves from the edge towards the midrib, collapse of the petiole and death of the plant. The internal symptoms were necrosis of the vascular bundles and internal necrotic lesions in the rhizome and roots. The fungal isolates were identified by their morphometric characteristics as Fusarium oxysporum, F.verticillioidesand F.solani. For the control of this disease, it is recommended to implement an integrated management plan.

We propose an integrated management system model for the establishment of a smart campus, such as a digital library system and a smart card system capable of providing various services using zigbee, which is currently prominent. The integrated management system can provide a higher quality education environment through transparent and efficient administrative management and one-stop service provision, away from the labor-intensive system of educational institutions, and users can provide personalized and knowledgeable intelligent education services that meet their needs and environments.
