While crowdsourcing is developed as a business model, it has become a new method of information exchange under the development of mobile Internet and SNS, and promoted the method of information production and exchanging on Internet. During the processes of global huge disaster relief, mass of information released by normal people have been used and played an important role. Using crowdsourcing in disaster information collection can improve the efficiency of rescue. Based on the analysis of current status of disaster information collection and crowdsourcing model, this paper studied the crowdsourcing-compatible disaster information management system, including its content, architecture and future development direction.

With the continuous development and improvement of wireless communication technology, the logistics information management system based on PC limits the timeliness of information exchange in the logistics business process. The java-based J2ME mobile phone as a wireless terminal device with the convenience of carry; therefore the J2ME technology in the construction of logistics information is a new way of thinking. This paper first makes an overall design of mobile logistics information management system structure, analyzes the basic function of this system, researches the network connection between client and server and realizes the server-side functionality design. Finally, the article concluded that the J2ME technology can be widely used in mobile management system, and the logistic information management system based on J2ME can greatly improve the working efficiency of the logistics enterprise.

Project controlling information management system (PCIMS) is an important management facility and means for the construction of large-scale hydraulic engineering. Based on the analysis of construction management features for large-scale hydraulic engineering, the general design goal of PCIMS is put forward. The structure of PCIMS for large-scale hydraulic engineering is concretely designed and analyzed, which is consisted of five parts, including the account management module, database, input module, data processing module and output module. The key technologies in the process of developing PCIMS are also discussed,such as the technology of data warehouse, the real-time technology of the system and the comprehensive integration technology of various components. Due to the establishment of PCIMS for large-scale hydraulic engineering, a convenient information interaction platform is provided for all the project participants. As a result, the accuracy and timeliness of the information exchange is improved, that is benefit for the owners to make correct decision.

In economic growth, the gradual increase in the effect of information technology makes the enterprise economic information management increasingly important for the survival and development of the enterprises. This paper designs an enterprise economic information management system for the complex internal economic information management business and process of enterprises. It provides daily office, information access, document preview, and transmission. The proposed design (i) copes with the inconsistency and irregularity of enterprise economic information data, (ii) quickly obtains valuable information from these massive high-frequency data, and (iii) improves the economic benefits of data assets and data management efficiency. The printing function systematizes the information management for departments such as enterprise economic information, personnel, and production. The main focus of this research includes the mode, framework, and function of the whole system software. Moreover, it also comprises of the use of Internet platform big data technology to realize the practicality, stability, and security of the system database algorithm, which has been practically used by enterprises to improve office efficiency and meet the needs of daily management of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the current status of enterprise big data application, this paper constructs an enterprise economic informational management system based on big data and also describes in detail the key technologies of enterprise economic informational data management from three aspects: NoSQL-based big data storage management, Hadoop-based economic informational big data informational and economic informational big data analysis, and mining algorithm. Provide theoretical basis and basic technical support for online decision analysis.
