In this paper, the three-dimensional model of derusting spray painting robot is established with 3-D software SolidWorks; and the afinite element model of the vertical guide rail is set up with ANSYS. The static analysis is carried on, based on the motion simulation analysis result of MSC. ADAMS. Stress and strain distribution is intuitively obtained under the worst condition, which provides basis for improving strength design.

Based the CAE technology, the paper introduced the application of Moldflow Insight in injection mold design of mobile phone cover. First, we must preprocess the finite element model, including importing three-dimensional model, meshing, and process setting. And then, we can use preliminary simulation analysis to determine the number and location of the gate. Finally to filling, cooling, packing and warpage analysis for part which can help us to find the causes from warpage generated. By optimizing the molding process parameters, adjusting the dwell pressure and the dwell time we can get less warpage, which can meet the precision demand of parts, consequently, the result can provide gist for the mold designers to design and for the injection molding technologist to process parameter adjustment.

A three-dimensional model of as haft-hub of compressor impeller was set up by Pro/E. Based on the ANSYS; the finite element model was established, using the analysis method of combining submodle and paramesh. The shaft-hub of compressor impeller was simulated by virtual orthogonal design optimization method. Based on the fact that there existed radial fretting in the shaft-hub interference fit joint, researching the influence significance order and law of interference, friction coefficient and rotating speed to the maximum unit frictional work , the average friction work and the optimized parameter were obtained. It turned out that the results of the numerical simulation and orthogonal experiment were accurate and reliable, with the friction and wear effectively reduced, certain guiding references to actual assembly process were got.

Three-dimensional finite element model of the mine escape capsule is established. With the different values of explosion shock waves, simulation analysis of the entry locker is performed by using ABAQUS. The simulation results indicate that the mine escape capsule is safe and available if the surge pressure of shock waves is less than 3.5Mpa.

Since it is inconsistent and uncontrollable in the experiment, any variance in specimen dimensions, welding parameters and testing conditions will influence the consistency of testing results to some extent. In this paper, the Finite Element Method(FEM) is employed to solve this problem. A three-dimensional finite element model is established to simulate the deformation of I-steel during gas tungsten arc welding (TIG) with FEM software, which is set up to analysis the deformation of I-steel with different welding sequences.

More and more irregular structure appears in people's lives, while the theoretical research and disaster experience show that the irregular structure in the earthquake will produce translation and torsion coupled spatial vibration, and sometimes it will cause very serious consequences. Being based on the practical engineering -the Castle Hotel of Dalian, this text makes use of finite element analysis software--- ANSYS. By analyzing the dynamic characteristics and seismic response, we get the self-vibration characteristics of the structure and the time history curve of top level displacement and acceleration of the structure under the effect of earthquake forces. The calculation results indicate that it is effective and reasonable to set up three-dimensional finite element model used for the analyzing of seismic response by ANSYS.

Blade is one of the main parts of aircraft engine. Its dynamic characteristics will produce important influence on the work efficiency and the operation reliability of the turbine engine. The paper used the theory of finite element to do modal simulation analysis on the dynamic characteristic of blade flutter, aiming at the phenomenon of serious blade vibration in the process of turbine engine running. Firstly, the paper generated a three-dimensional model by using the software UG. Then the three-dimensional model was leaded into the finite element analysis software ANSYS. Simulation analysis of the model was carried out by using the Workbench module of ANSYS software. Finally, we got the former six order natural frequencies and vibration modes of the blade. In addition, we got the blade's vibration characteristics. The results of the simulation could provide numerical basis for the blades optimization design and vibration safety inspection.

In this paper dynamic behavior of the Ying Zhou main bridge in Luoyang is studied .The finite element analysis software ANSYS is adopted to set up three-dimensional finite element model of a CFT arch bridge of the main bridge .The natural periods and modes of the CFT arch bridge are calculated by using the subspace iteration method. Meanwhile its modal characteristics are analyzed. Some useful conclusions are got by the calculation and analysis of the bridge for the engineering construction.
