This paper simulate the mode of metal transfer in MIG magnetic control welding by using CFD software FLUENT, establishing mathematical model based on fluid dynamics and electromagnetic theory, and simulate the form, grow and drop process of metal transfer with and without magnetic. Meanwhile, do experiments to confirm the simulate result, and it is well consistent with the experimental result.

In order to study the interaction of flow around two full-scaled blades of Canoes which are used in sports competition, the numerical simulation is performed for computation of fluid dynamics (CFD) using Fluent, commercial software. Based on the turbulent model having been validated previously, the research is conducted to the two blades that are arranged at 12 different combinations of positions, in which the force applied on blades is also analyzed, in which the force applied on blades is also analyzed.

AbstractTo provide engineers with a better tool, we have developed a program for avalanche computation. After a brief description of the mathematical model and the assumptions, we describe influence of physical and numerical parameters, which allows a better understanding of the physical phenomenon which we call an avalanche. The satisfactory agreement between computations and observations allows us to assume that the model is well founded; further experiments will allow us to improve this simulation tool.

Abstract The paper presents the numerical simulation of the distribution of pollutants in winter in the atmosphere of Krasnoyarsk city. The source of the pollution is the suburban areas of the city of Krasnoyarsk, in which coal stove heating prevails. A micro-scale mathematical model based on the solution of the system of non-stationary Reynolds equations is used for modeling. The influence of various factors, such as elements of terrain and urban development, on the distribution of pollutants is studied in the paper.
