This paper made the same size of reinforced grouting material vertical bending cantilever beam and reinforced concrete ones, respectively for the same static and dynamic load test, the static load for drab one-time loading level, dynamic load as low reversed cyclic loading, observe their cracking and deformation condition, draw the response relationship between the load and displacement hysteresis curves, skeleton curves, Test and data results show that the stress and deformation of the reinforced grouting material member is close to or even better a reinforced concrete member, so it is reliable to replace concrete with grouting material.

Dynamic load test is to measure the natural vibration characteristics of the bridge structure or the forced vibration characteristics under dynamic load, and to evaluate the driving performance, driving safety and comfort of the bridge through dynamic load test. In order to evaluate the stress state and working performance of a reinforced concrete box-ribbed arch bridge, the load test of the bridge is carried out. Dynamic load test is used to test the inherent fundamental frequency, damping ratio and impact coefficient of the bridge through pulsation test and sports car test. Through the experiment with the key parts of the stress (strain) and displacement load and other important data, through analysis and study, the comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of calculation and test, a comprehensive performance evaluation structure and function whether meet the design requirements, to provide technical basis for the safety of the bridge operation, and provide the original material for the bridge maintenance and management in the future.

For an existed reinforced concrete rigid-frame arch bridge in reconstruction project, reinforcement effects of the bridge are studied and discussed while the original load grades are maintaining and it is based on dynamic load test including scheme, execution and FEM analysis in this paper. In our investigations, such characteristics as dynamic flexibility, impact coefficient, natural vibrations and dynamic responses are analyzed. All the investigations show that the bridge meets the original-designed-loading requirement, which behaves well in dynamic characteristics after being strengthened and whose stiffness also satisfies requirement.
