Computer room is an important infrastructure of information technology on education for colleges, how to balance the load, calculate fees flexibly, improve resource utilization, service for the teachers and students better is an urgent problem.Firstly, the development trends of computer room management systems are discussed in the paper. Secondly, gives a data model of open computer room management system, which in order to balance the load and improve the utilization efficiency etc. of computer rooms. Finally, gives the intelligent billing algorithm according to the designed data model, and then implemented the algorithm using stored procedure with SQL Server 2005.

Based on the analysis of student apartment management system requirements, through the whole process of introduction of demand analysis, database design, overall design, detailed design, from the basic concept of ASP technology and SQL Server, under DreamWeaver development environment, this paper designed modules such as system architecture, development platform and database design strategy, built a student apartment management system based on ASP, which fundamentally changed the existing operation mode and service mode, realized the intelligent management of students apartment, and promoted the standardization and high efficiency of management.

Due to the universal problems of the cotton seed quality, the traceability management system for the cotton seed quality and safety based on RFID is described in this article, which uses RFID technology as the basic technical means. Each RFID tag is affixed to the package of cotton seeds. The information of cotton seed is written into the RFID tag. The RFID tags are used to trace the entire of the cotton seed, which guarantees the authenticity and reliability of the cotton seed information and ensures the quality and safety of cotton products. The system is developed through the Visual Studio 2010 as the development environment, and SQL Server 2008 is employed to develop the database.

This paper make use of C/S (Client/Server) as the major structure and B/S (Browser/Server) as the minor structure to design the community property management system,using SQL Server 2000 database to design the overall framework of system and complete the process of its implementation. The results showed that the system had friendly interface, interactivity, security and confidentiality,which is easy for the community property managers to meet the needs of owners and improve their work efficiently as well.
