This paper describes the design ideas of intelligent management system for open labs based on wireless transmission. The student legal identity authentication is completed using IC cards and the equipments power supply is controlled using wireless digital transceiver chip nRF401.The system hardware is simple, no complex wiring, easy to use. It can be used in any laboratory of electronic equipment, has the very good practicability and wide application prospects.

Through integrating the technologies of video images wireless transmission, license plate recognition, GPS, GPRS wireless transmission and automatic real-time monitoring, the Dynamic Intelligent Highway Safety and Quality Control Management System is able to collect, analyze and compare the data of the raw material production, transport, paving, testing and the data of the key projects’ site conditions, and give warning accordingly. This system successfully achieves supervision and closed control, and effectively improves the quality of the highway safety management and control of dynamic efficiency. The dynamic and intelligent management model in this research paper is an innovative combination of the Highway Technology Management and the Intelligent Electronics and Information Technology. It fills the blank in the field of China’s highway construction management philosophy and monitoring means, which is a great significance of the large, complex highway engineering practice.

In order to further strengthen the management of open laboratory in colleges and universities and improve the utilization rate of equipments, we design and develop a kind of laboratory management system based on embedded video and campus card. Among it, the video monitoring module combines with the embedded technology, image processing technology, internet communication technology and so on, which is used to achieve real-time display and remote video monitoring in the laboratory; campus card is used to implement the student identity authentication, laboratory access control and power supply management.
