The fluctuations of the net crank torque on crankshaft remain the main reasons of both higher motor input power and lower efficiency. The later results in high system energy cost. The paper presents a novel linkage model based on rocking-bar linkage. The linkage demonstrates a smaller fluctuation in net crank torque. Therefore the motor efficiency is improved and input power is reduced greatly. The new model enhances the system energy saving. By establishing the linkage dynamics models, analyses contrasting the effects of energy saving were performed under the actual load conditions.

<p><span style="font-family: 宋体;">Considering the indoor temperature monitoring and energy saving control technology, based on the traditional low energy adaptive clustering hierarchy (LEACH), a multi-hop clustering routing algorithm is proposed. By adding a threshold in LEACH, the algorithm makes the nodes with high residual energy and high nodes become cluster heads. The results show that the improved algorithm can effectively prolong the life cycle of wireless sensor networks. Based on above findings, it is concluded that the proposed algorithm can save the system energy and improve the network energy efficiency.</span></p>

In order to realize energy-saving for marine power system, combining the fuzzy set theory with the traditional PID control technology, the marine power system energy-saving controller was designed, which control ship power grid frequency and voltage collaborative reduction within a certain scope and scale. As several prototypes testing, the application of the energy-saving controller, which control the ship power grid frequency from 60Hz dropping to 57Hz, and the voltage from 450V collaborative falling to 425.5V, and meet the Ship Building Standard, can save 9.85% of electric energy and 9.53% of fuel.

Rational configuration of energy storage system is an effective means to improve power system energy utilization and solve the bottleneck problem of wind power. To energy saving and emission reduction as study object, analyse energy storage system energy saving and emission reduction benefit evaluation index. Establish the wind/storage system benefit evaluation model to calculate wind/storage optimum matching capacity used nested genetic algorithm. The calculated results show that the wind/storage system with reasonable configuration can improve the social benefits of energy saving and emission reduction.
