It discusses the measurement principle and the system design of 3D non-destructive measurement method for the homogeneous entity. The measurement project and its operating process is discussed. The basic operation principle and components of this measurement device are pointed out. It included the digitized minute entity cells and the delaminated measuring method for product profiles based on liquid. It is based on Archimedes' principle and lever principle and gravity moment, combined the equations of the gravity moment and the equations of the center of gravity, the 3D coordinate values of every minute entity cell in different layers can be reckon by computer. By inputting the 3D coordinate values of the product into the related CAD software system, the 3D model could be obtained. The principles, the system software were introduced in details about the measurement system of the homogeneous entity profiles. Proved through principium experiment, the system satisfies the request of the measuring precision. The measurement system is effective and feasible.

Based on the modern design theory, optimization design, dynamical design, the mechanical structure of the device is analyzed and improved for assuring measurement precision, structural intensity, and vibration characteristic of the device. The primary experiment devices and their precision are designed and analyzed. Proved through principium experiment, the structure satisfies the request of the measuring precision. The mechanical structure of this measure device is effective and feasible.

A new non-destructive measurement system of the homogeneous entity profiles was designed; it included the digitized minute entity cells and the delaminated measuring method for product profiles based on liquid. The principles, hardware and software of the system were introduced in details about the measurement system of the homogeneous entity profiles.

This paper presents a measurement design of speed torque of micro harmonic drive. On the basis of micro harmonic drive theory and the measuring method of speed torque of traditional gear an experimental system for measuring is put forward. Experimental equipment is determined. Instruments for measuring speed torque of traditional reducer can not be applied directly due to the minimal scale of micro harmonic drive. Measurement methods of micro harmonic drive and appropriate equipment are particularly important to be researched.
