The essay introduce the hardware Design based on the Line detection system, and apply the wavelet analysis theory to the low clutch’s fault signal processing to fulfill the low clutch’s noise detection which based on the wavelet transform. Practice shows that the continuous wavelet signal has a strong ability of fault detection, if reasonable choice of wavelet function and various parameters among the fault detection, the local feature of the fault signal can be intuitively got, thus supply the products with a effective tool. The current washing machine clutch all have a washing deceleration function, so it is called as low clutch. As one of the most common parts of rotating machinery, low clutch is also one of the easily damaged parts among the rotating machinery. According to statistics, thirty percent of the rotating machinery’s operational problems caused by the bearing faults[1]. Bearing defects can cause severely machine vibration and generation noise, or even cause damage to the equipment[4]. This article is mainly detect the low clutch’s vibration noise in operation by accelerometer, and deal with the collected data through wavelet transform, thus realize the On-line condition monitoring to the low clutch.

Recently, filling mining is becoming more and more important in the mining industry and has been used widely. In order to better control the process of paste filling mining and acquire the accurate amount of filling material used, and to reduce the waste of paste filling material, we should detect in real time the paste flow in the pipe during the process of filling. This paper introduces in detail the basic principle of ultrasonic detection technology and the hardware composition and working principle of the on-line detection system. The author uses the theory of unascertained error analysis of detecting data and implements ultrasonic detection technology to realize on-line detection of paste filling pipe flow.

In order to improve the welding quality and welding speed of irregular bellows, according to the characteristic of welding seam of bellows, an automatic and on-line detection technology is proposed in welding technique. The infrared laser sensor is used for measuring with non-contact and real-time detection of welded joint center, the position of welding seam is transfered by the IEEE-1394(Fire Wire). After data preprocessing, the coordinates of feature point are extracted, be storaged and forecasted, then sent to the control system, the moving of welding gun is controlled along track scanning. According to the accuracy analysis of on-line detection system of bellows, the technology of tracking measurement is stable and reliable, and it is effective for improving measuring accuracy and efficiency.

Spontaneous combustion in coal goaf area is one of major disasters in coal mines. Detection technology based on signature Gas and Temperature is the primary means of spontaneous combustion forecasting of coal goaf area. A real-time remote fire detection system is proposed based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy technology and FBG temperature sensing technology, to achieve valid detect of gas concentration and temperature. The System include fiber mathen concentration sensor and fiber temperature sensor based FBG. The system achieved remote on-line monitoring of gas concentration and temperature in mine goaf, meet the fire forecast need for Coal goaf area. There are obvious advantages Compared with the existing beam tube monitoring system in coal mine.

The gear box is widely used in rotating machinery equipments, also it is a key component of the machinery equipment. Gear box, once it is failure, will cause serious machinery equipments failure, so the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis research of the gear box is very necessary. Its state of running and fault diagnosis can be acquired through measuring and analysis the noise of gear box. A feasible on-line LabView-based system of noise measurement on the gear box is designed by Using NI's hardware and other ordinary sound-tested equipments in teaching laboratory, as well as its applied effect is confirmed in practical test. This system realizes the signal acquisition and analysis in the online and offline conditions. It has the following functions: multiple data collection and preservation, historical data query, gearbox online monitoring and vibration quantity value alarming, etc. So, the noise detection system has very good application prospects in the actual noise detection and analysis of the gear box.

The development of on-line fault detection methods for drive and control systems is of main importance for the modern production technology. Modelling information improves the reliability of the diagnostic method when it is involved in a fault detection system. In this paper, the use of modelling information for the fault detection of hydraulic driven machines as well as for the compensation of incipient faults is presented. For this purpose a suitable implementation environment was developed that allows the on line interaction of real time data and simulation results and makes possible their direct effect to the actual system.
