Integration Method and Test of IEC 61850 Client in Integrated Supervision and Control System of Substation

Currently, the information exchange between various systems in substation is difficult, and the scheme of integrated supervision and control system of substation can effectively promote the smooth flow of information in the substation. In this paper, by analyzing the Communication architecture of integrated supervision and control system, the devices that communicate following the IEC61850 standard in station layer are given, which all need to integrate IEC61850 client. Then an integration method of IEC61850 client is proposed, providing unified IEC61850 client for different devices in integrated supervision and control system of substation to reduce the risk of interoperability failure because of using different IEC61850 clients. While a communication test is conducted using IED simulator and communication gateway simulator to verify the feasibility of the proposed integration method.

Container Terminal Scheduling System is a random, dynamic, nonlinear complex systems. How to schedule in order to achieve MES seamless connectivity for management system and control system, which is reseach focus of MES currently. Aiming at the production process and production management features for container terminal, a thorough research on CIMS of container terminal enterprise is taken, the relationships of information exchange that among the plan layer, the execution layer and control layer are analyzed. On the basis of control theory and system engineering theory, and viewpoint of process control, a closed MES control system is build. It is established step by step to achieve seamless integration MES by intelligent modeling and control compensation of scheduling. A new and original way for realizing accurate and transparency management in the production process and production optimization is provided.

The development of industrial monitoring control system is a history of development of centralized monitoring and control to the network monitoring control. The previous system, the various important instruments status were monitored by the large-scale instruments.

A novel automated balancing and correcting machine is proposed and studied. Its structure, composition and control system are introduced. A data acquisition card with USB2.0 interface is used to obtain the real-time unbalanced signal. The rotor unbalance and the mass need to be removed are calculated according to the unbalanced measurement principle. The feed which is needed to complete the correction is deduced by integration method on the basis unbalance measurement and correction principle. The AC servo motors with high precision and fast response are used to drive the rotor to achieve fast and accurate unbalance measurement and correction. A prototype according to the principle is manufactured to test the thinking. Experiments proved that the unbalance reducing rate at one time correction more than 95%. It is necessary to further industrial development.
