The Financial Services Authority (OJK) is an independent institution that is free from interference from other parties or institutions. This institution has the functions, duties, and authorities of regulation, supervision, examination, and investigation. OJK was established under Law No. 21 of 2011 with the function of implementing an integrated regulatory and supervisory system for the entire financial services sector. The establishment of OJK with the need to restructure the institutions that carry out regulatory and supervisory functions in the financial services sector. The supervisory system carried out by the OJK is an integrated supervision system, meaning that all financial service activities carried out by various financial institutions are subject to the OJK regulatory and supervisory system. Alternative Dispute Resolution Institutions (LAPS) in the Financial Services Sector number 1/POJK.07/2014 which regulates Alternative Dispute Resolution Institutions in the Financial Services Sector. Dispute resolution must be carried out at the LJK in the OJK Regulation concerning Consumer Protection in the Financial Services Sector, which stipulates that each LJK must have a work unit and/or function as well as a service mechanism and settlement of complaints for consumers. If the dispute resolution at the LJK does not reach an agreement, the consumer can settle the dispute out of court or through the court. Out of court dispute resolution is carried out through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institution (LAPS).

This study aimed to describe the implementation of AIK learning program with the Baitul Arqam model at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta in the 2019/2020 year. This study employed a qualitative approach to research. In collecting data, this study used observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation techniques, while the data validation was a triangulation of data sources and theories. This study's data analysis applied a CIPP Stufflebeam analysis. The results showed that (1) evaluating the AIK learning program with the Baitul Arqam model can be stated quite well in planning, organization, and implementation. The evaluation results on the supervision aspect of AIK learning program within the Baitul Arqam model can be unfavorable. Supervision was carried out only when students follow Baitul Arqam. Maintenance carried out after following the AIK learning with the Baitul Arqam model was not held. (2) The challenges faced by the AIK learning program with the Baitul Arqam model included: (a) the need for strategic planning, (b) qualified educators based on the standards, (c) a campus environment, and (d) an integrated supervision model.

Packaged food is a food product that is widely circulated and free in the community. Foods that will be circulated for consumption so as not to harm consumers must include adequate, correct, honest and responsible information. So that every business actor in the food sector that is circulated is burdened with responsibility, especially if the food he produces causes losses to consumers. Based on the Decree of the Regent of Sintang Number: 510/156 / KEP-INDAGKOP-C/ 2015 dated February 27, 2015, on the Integrated Supervision of Hazardous Materials Abused in Food, a joint team chaired by the Sintang DistrictHealth Office held a raid in the Junjung Buih market and the shops in the Sintang Inpres Market. Regarding the transfer of agricultural land to housing, the reduction in the area of agricultural land in Blitar City is due to land conversion functions such as the construction of housing and other public facilities that are not in accordance with article 3 paragraph (1) letter g PERDA of the Blitar City Spatial Plan. In fact, regulations with reality that occur in the field are not in accordance with applicable regulations. The facts that occur on the ground are agricultural land being converted into housing that causing agricultural land to decrease. Based on this, the author made this study with the aim of analyzing the implementation of policies and accountability of the Blitar City Land Office for the conversion of agricultural land for housing in Blitar City.The research method used by the author is juridical empirical with a legal sociology approach. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that there is a lack of firmness in law enforcement towards the conversion of agricultural land which is still quite widely found in buildings in the form of housing and land converted to other non-agricultural land and not licensed. The results of the study show that there is a need for coordination between the City Government as a policy maker and agencies related to the conversion of agricultural land for housing, so that integrated supervision can be carried out so that changes in land use can be known earlier so that agricultural land does not decrease every year.

This research deals with the Internalization of Islamic Education Values in Character Building at SMPN 10 of Sorong City. The purposes of this study are: first, to determine the internalization of Islamic education values at SMPN 10 of Sorong City; second, to examine the forms of teacher efforts in developing the character values of SMPN 10 of Sorong City; and third, to formulate opportunities and challenges of internalization of Islamic education Values in fostering character at SMPN 10 of Sorong City. The results showed that First, the internalization of Islamic education values at SMPN 10 of Sorong City in this study included the preliminary stages, presentation of the core subjects and closing. Indicators of preliminary learning activities include greeting, delivering of perception, delivering of TKP, and drawing of attention. In the use of instructional media, the teachers of SMPN 10 of Sorong City are equipped with complete facilities so that the method is more varied. Second, the form of teacher's efforts in developing the character values of SMPN 10 of Sorong City is through integrated supervision of all school components of student behavior, providing motivation through advice and stories of successful people, implementing learning strategies with active learning models to enhance activities learning which is a follow-up to the results of the agreement of the teachers meeting at SMPN 10 of Sorong City. Students who have high achievements also have good character attitude. Third, Opportunities and challenges of the internalization of Islamic education values in character building at SMPN 10 of Sorong City are the existence of a strong desire and determination of stakeholders to advance the school and the strong commitment of teachers at SMPN 10 of Sorong City to develop Education, and Community
