Logistics center address selection is logistics system of strategic investment decision-making problem, the whole site whether reasonable logistic system has important implications. According to the principle of modern logistics center location affect the location of the factor analysis, through the system of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of center location mathematical model, and taking a regional logistics center location for example was introduced in detail.

According to the investment decision-making needs of mining enterprises and incorporated with characteristics of mining equipment investment, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method has been adopted to determine evaluation factors for mining equipment, analytic hierarchy process and expert evaluation method have been applied for determining relevant parameters, the evaluation model for equipment investment suitable for mining enterprise has been established. The evaluation model has been proved to be correct through verification by examples, and provides a reference for investment decisions of mining equipment selection.

Implementation of reverse logistics is the foundation of developing circular economy and realizing sustainable development. According to the characters of green logistics, multi level evaluation index system of green degree of reverse logistics system is built in this paper, the weight of each index is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process, the system green degree is evaluated by applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the result is analyzed. The result shows that the method is simple, accurate and has a good application.

Set of index system according to the scholars of this study, the use of grey comprehensive evaluation method to construct an appropriate choice of the logistics center position mode, in order to assess the establishment of the position of the best solution. Finally, an example that the model can provide decision makers an objective analysis method.
