The of monitoring the Internet of Things (IoT) in the cold chain allows process data, including packaging data, to be more easily accessible. Proper optimization modelling is the core driving force towards the green and low-carbon operation of cold chain logistics, laying the necessary foundation for the development of a data-driven modelling system. Since efficient packaging is necessary for loss control in the cold chain, its final efficiency during circulation is important for realizing continuous loss prevention and efficient supply. Thus, it is urgent to determine how to utilize these continuously acquired data and how to formulate a more accurate packaging efficiency control methodology in the agri-products cold chain. Through continuous monitoring, we examined the feasibility of this topic by focusing on the concept of data-driven evaluation modelling and the dynamic formation mechanism of comprehensive packaging efficiency in cold chain logistics. The packaging efficiency in the table grape cold chain was used as an example to evaluate the comprehensive efficiency evaluation index system and data-driven evaluation framework proposed in this paper. Our results indicate that the established methodology can adapt to the continuity of comprehensive packaging efficiency, also reflecting the comprehensive efficiency evaluation of the packaging for different times and distances. Through the evaluation of our results, the differences and the dynamic processes between different final packaging efficiencies at different moments are effectively displayed. Thus, the continuous improvement of a low-carbon system in cold chain logistics could be realized.

Abstract Since the introduction of Made in China 2025 and its focus on sustainable development and manufacturing industry transformation, appropriate evaluation methods to accurately assess the development of China’s manufacturing industry have become essential. Therefore, this research constructed an innovative evaluation index system for manufacturing development based on seven dimensions: innovation, structural optimization, economic benefits, efficiency enhancements, green development, international competition, and social benefits. An objective combination weighted-gray correlation-TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution) evaluation model was applied to the Sichuan Province manufacturing industry data from 2009 to 2018 to create a representative sample, in which the overall development level from 2009 to 2016 took on an inverted U-shaped curve that reached its maximum in 2013, fell to its lowest point in 2016, and then began a steady upward trend marked by innovation and efficiency improvements; however, sustainability fell. Based on these results, this research provides a scientific reference for policy-makers with recommendations for innovation-driven development strategies, green development promotion, and social benefit improvements with the aim of promoting more sustainable development of China's manufacturing industry.

Abstract With the acceleration of urbanization, cities are the main targets for carbon neutrality and urban energy is the terminal of energy consumption and the integration point of various energy systems. Therefore, there is a need to promote the development of urban green energy and achieve low input and high output to achieve a low-carbon economy in cities. Previous studies have not considered the input–output efficiency of urban green-energy development. This study fills this gap. Based on the economic–energy–environmental framework, an input–output efficiency-evaluation index system for urban green-energy development was constructed. Based on improved data-envelopment analysis, a comparative evaluation of the input–output efficiency of green-energy development was carried out in 30 provinces in China in 2019. Considering the differences in regions, the development of urban green energy in different provinces was classified. From the perspective of a low-carbon economy, economic growth factors and environmental constraint factors were set. Together with the generalized Divisia index approach, the input–output efficiency optimization directions of urban green-energy development were obtained. The results showed that the input–output efficiencies of urban green-energy development in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia and other provinces and cities were relatively high. Provinces with faster economic development and higher environmental carrying capacity have advantages after optimization and will become pilot areas for the development of urban green energy. This research provides a reference for the development of urban green energy in various provinces from the input and output perspective.

In order to study the fracture ability classification of rock mass under the cracking action of supercritical CO2 phase transition, based on the classification theory of rock mass in blasting engineering, an analytic hierarchy process (AHP)-entropy weight method (EWM) and the cloud model classification method for rock mass cracking under CO2 phase transformation are proposed. In this method, rock density, rock tensile strength, rock wave impedance, and rock mass integrity coefficient are used as the factors to determine the level of rock mass fracturing, and the evaluation index system of rock mass fracturing is established. Through this evaluation method, the rock mass in a reconstruction project section of Nyingchi, Tibet, is classified and evaluated. The results present that this new classification method of rock mass fracture ability uses AHP–EWM to carry out the weight distribution of the classification index. In addition, it is combined with the cloud model for the classification division, overcoming the traditional classification method fixed with appraisal pattern flaw. Therefore, it has validity and feasibility. According to the characteristics of fracture ability, the rock masses in the area to be rebuilt on the Tibet Highway are divided into grade II, grade III, and grade IV, which provides scientific guidance for the construction of the project.

The Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei urban agglomeration (BTH) is striving to realize the transformation process from a low-efficiency to a high-quality development mode; however, it still has problems regarding reducing energy consumption and ecological environment pressure. Based on panel data from 2013 to 2017, this paper proposes an evaluation index system based on BTH’s “environmental protection–industrial structure–urbanization” system. In the course of applying the coupling degree model (CDM) and the coupling coordination degree model (CCDM) with exploratory spatial data analysis (ESDA) methods, this paper discusses the spatiotemporal process, development level, and spatial agglomeration characteristics of the environmental protection–industrial structure–urbanization system in each city of the BTH area. The findings reveal that the coupling degree of the BTH system is gradually increasing, and that the development level of the BTH subsystem is unbalanced: the coupling coordination level of BTH shows a positive evolution process; however, it is in a stage of low-level collaborative development, and there are obvious differences in the level of BTH coupling coordination in space, revealing the convergence of low–high and high–low types. This paper concludes by putting forward the strategy of optimizing the regional spatial pattern of urban agglomeration and implementing integrated development in order to achieve the desired coupling and coordination effects.

Water ecological civilization (WEC) is a key component and basic guarantee of ecological civilization. This paper sets up an evaluation index system (EIS) for WEC development (WECD) level, which covers such three dimensions as social economic development, control over total water resources and water utilization efficiency, and synthetic environmental governance and adopts set pair analysis (SPA) to measure and analyze the WECD level in Yangtze River Economic Belt (YREB) from 2010 to 2019. The results show that (1) the score of each subsystem in YREB WECD grew continuously in the sample period and poised to increase in future, (2) in general, YREB WECD level steadily increased to a relatively high level, and (3) the good development trend of YREB WECD is inseparable from the fact that YREB stepped up its efforts in capital investment, water utilization, and water environment protection and recovery. Finally, pertinent measures were put forward to further improve the YREB WECD level.

Quantitative evaluation is an important part of enterprise diagnosis, which promotes the scientific and modern management of enterprises. At present, the existing enterprise management evaluation methods cannot complete the mining of enterprise index data, which leads to large error and low significance coefficient in enterprise management evaluation. Therefore, the application of data mining in enterprise lean management effect evaluation is put forward. The process and main functions of data mining are analyzed; data mining algorithm is used to establish the evaluation index system of lean management effect and calculate the index weight. Using the association rules method in data mining, according to the parameters of enterprise lean management level evaluation index and weight value, through the fuzzy set transformation idea, the fuzzy boundary of each index and factor is described by the membership degree, the fuzzy judgment matrix is constructed, and the final evaluation result is obtained by multilayer compound calculation. Experimental results show that this study has a high significance coefficient, and the proposed evaluation method of enterprise lean management effect has ideal accuracy and short time consumption. In practical application, the cumulative contribution rate is higher and has higher stability.

The rapid development of the Internet has accelerated the expansion of e-commerce sacle of fresh agricultural products. The actual audience of smart logistics distribution of fresh agricultural products is customers, and customers enjoy the process and results of distribution services. However, the current research mainly selects indicators from the aspects of enterprise performance, cost and technical level based on the perspective of managers and technicians, which make it difficult to truly reflect customers’ feelings in the evaluation results. At the same time, the evaluation methods mainly focus on the comprehensive evaluation method and fuzzy evaluation method. These evaluation methods are greatly affected by subjective factors in the evaluation grade distribution, and the assignment is often relatively complete and inaccurate. To solve these problems, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of intelligent logistics distribution of fresh agricultural products from the perspective of customers, so that the selection of indicators is more in line with the real wishes of customers. And we use the extension function to construct the correlation function for multi-level extension evaluation to ensure the accuracy of the evaluation results. Taking X logistics enterprise as an example, this paper verifies the scientificity of the evaluation index system of intelligent logistics distribution of fresh agricultural products through empirical research, which has reference significance for further improving the intelligent logistics distribution of fresh agricultural products.
