The rapid development of e-commerce in Indonesia has led to the emergence of competition. One of the e-commerce platforms that is aggressive in promoting and widely used by Indonesian consumers is Shopee. Shopee conducts promotions in Indonesia to bring new shopping experiences to facilitate easy sales and provide shoppers with secure payment processes and integrated logistics arrangements. The research purpose is to determine reputation’s effect, privacy, size, safeguard, web familiarity, and ease in creating a positive effect on confidence; and trust variable will have a positive effect on payment methods using the electronic payment system (EPS), credit cards and cash on delivery on product purchases at online shops in Indonesia. The research methodology uses quantitative methods with a cross-sectional research design by distributing questionnaires online with a Google Form, with 248 respondents. The study led to the findings of the perceptions of trust significantly influenced by security, benefits, and convenience, while reputation, privacy, size, and web familiarization do not affect trust. Furthermore, trust affects the electronic payment method (EPS), credit card, and cash on delivery. The limitation of the study is in the sampling method which covers not all regions in Indonesia. Contribution: as a company, Shopee should maintain security, the benefits, and convenience to develop strategies using electronic payment methods.

The article presents the list of development factors of the logistics potential of supply chains that have a direct and indirect impact on the components of the logistics potential both in the internal and external environment of the chain. As such development factors, were proposed: the introduction of new logistics technologies for the delivery of goods and storage of goods in warehouses, the active development of information systems and their implementation in the field of logistics and supply chain management, the development of the logistics services market, including integrated logistics support, resourcesaving policies of enterprises, increasing the importance of the environmental aspect of doing business in the framework of states' aspirations for sustainable development. The above factors will make it possible to determine the reserves for building up the logistics potential for national supply chains in order to integrate them into global supply chains.

The article formulates the preconditions for reasonable assessment of the levels of social rationality of a real or developed (existing, implemented, planned for implementation) integrated logistics system of the mining industry (ILSMI) and some “ideal” ILSMI with predetermined desired parameters (characteristics, requirements), as well as preconditions for comparing these evaluations in order to determine the conformity of the actual or developed ILSMI to the standard visual characteristics

Abstract The Integrated Logistics Solutions Provider concept was introduced to support offshore drilling and production operations, save 20% on logistic costs, increase operational efficiency to achieve Just-in-Time deliveries and enable the upstream portfolio to focus on core competencies, thus seeking an One-stop contractor for logistics. This manuscript details how the logistics provider changed its operating model to an Integrated Logistics model, changed the status quo to become a competitive low-cost operating logistics provider and enabled operational and cost efficiency for Exploration and Production (E&P) customers. It also reflects on the technologies and commercial mechanisms used to drive the functioning of the operating model that meets the requirements of oil and gas operators.

With the development of e-commerce, China is actively promoting the construction of logistics informatization and intelligence, and simultaneously promoting the standardized and efficient development of warehousing industry, one of the important links of logistics. It is clearly pointed out in the "Medium and Long Term Plan for the Development of the Logistics Industry" issued by the State Council that "The warehousing industry is not only the main body of the traditional logistics industry, but also an important part of the modern logistics industry. In the process of material flow, the level of storage cost has a greater impact on the development of the logistics industry." This paper chooses Sinotrans Logistics Company as the research object. Sinotrans Logistics Company is the largest integrated logistics provider in China and a national 5A comprehensive logistics enterprise. The main problems in Sinotrans warehousing management include: increased operation difficulty of cross-warehouse inventory, large order volume and delayed processing, unreasonable scheduling of warehouse staff, more idle time for warehouse staff and large difference in human efficiency per hour, etc. The key elements of these problems are the work efficiency of employees. Therefore, warehouse management needs to carry out fine scheduling of warehouse staff to improve the completion rate of orders and reduce the waste of labor costs. Keywords: Warehouse staff scheduling problem, integer programming, linear regression model, people-oriented

The article states that the priority features of the current stage of globalization are informatization, electronicization and logistics of international business, which acts as the latest stage of integration of the world economy, the content of which is to expand virtual flows of resources, resulting in intensified competition in global electronic markets, deepening of interconnections between national economies at the level of social reproduction processes, formation of integrated logistics and electronic networks and their infrastructure. On the basis of the conducted generalizations the state establishments (ministries, departments, etc.), subjects of economic activity forming public infrastructure of the international market of electronic logistics, at cotton enterprises, TNCs, FIGs, etc.), consumers of products / services (individuals), partners (intermediaries), and in its structure the most priority segments are “business business” (B2B) “business consumer” (B2C). On the basis of certain patterns of development of the global e-logistics market, scientific and methodological approaches to the study of the development of infrastructure of national e-logistics markets are substantiated by the criteria: perfection of regulatory support, development of e-business; the state of development of the IT sector; optimality of the segment structure of outsourcing of the electronic logistics market; efficiency of the existing state of infrastructural support of development of the national market of electronic logistics. This allows you to create an information and analytical base to adjust the priorities of the national e-logistics business at the state level.)

Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) is disciplined and unified management including activities in product life cycle management to create a product maintenance system (MS) to support the product throughout its intended life cycle at an acceptable cost. Along with information models combining product descriptions such as breakdowns, fault trees and methods of restorations, etc., mathematical models considered effective tools to get optimal results are proposed. The paper will present mathematical models, which play important roles in assessing and estimating material demand (spare parts), for the material supply management. These models are applied, in different levels of the ILS system, to the direct calculation of the material demands for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
