The design of the portable formaldehyde detector based electrochemical sensors with microcontroller is introduced in the paper .In conducting the test, the formaldehyde-containing gas diffusion to the sensor internal to react with the internal electrolyte and generates a weak current signal, the current signal through the working circuit is converted to a voltage signal, the voltage signal via the signal processing circuit, and it is collected and processed by MCU after input to the A/D. the signal is communicated with operator through the buttons and LCD.

The fluidic gyroscope signal processing circuit was researched. This paper aims at the circuit problem for lots of electronic components and output signal instability, the adjustable voltage regulator circuit was used and realized the different voltage signal output, the stabilivolt and voltage follower were used and realized the temperature compensation for the voltage signal. The experiment results show that compared with the existing voltage regulator circuit, the PCB area reduces 16% and output signal’s temperature drift decreases 10% in the improved voltage circuit. This signal processing circuit is easy to apply and available for the others gyroscopes, whose repeatability precision is enough high.

New photodetector structure combining thinned CdTe film with lead-free perovskite photoelectric film was produced and investigated. This setting of the CdTe thickness results in photodetector parameters’ competitiveness to the state-of-the-art in the field of advanced photoelectric materials. The device shows a promising sensitivity of ~40 μA/W, maximum responsivity of 10.6 mA/W at 460 nm, equal rise and fall times of 30 ms, and high linearity (maximum linearization error is less than 0.6 %). However, the optoelectronic performance of CdTe/lead-free perovskite structures integrated with signal processing circuit remains unexplored. For this purpose, Field Programmable Analogue Array (FPAA)-based mixed-signal processing circuit is developed for pulse width modulated electrical signal with duty cycle controlled by the illumination degree of the detecting photoelement. This novel approach guarantees a smooth change of the electrical output at a smooth change of the input illumination between the light and dark switching states and can be practically applied as a precise position detector of moving objects. The paper represents a synergistic connection between microelectronics, electronics, and signal technology.

A kind of multiple parameter data acquisition system was designed based on single-chip microcomputer which can realized the data acquisition of temperature and DC motor speed. The data acquisition system consists of sensor, signal processing circuit, single-chip microcomputer and LED digital tube. The speed signal is acquired by photoelectric sensor, put into the Single-chip microcomputer processed after processed by signal processing circuit, and displayed the value in the digital tubes. The temperature signal is acquired by digital sensor, and the Single-chip microcomputer can read the data directly. Through two independent keyboards, the test system realized the data acquisition and data switch displaying of the multiple parameters.
