Multicoil inside solidification combined winding machine, which can wind, solidify inside and extract high-pressure glass reinforced plastic (GRP) tubes, combines three conventional working procedures. The machine tool has four spindles of two groups working coordinately, improving machining efficiency greatly. This paper presents the realization of its control system, including the hardware and software architecture of the winding, inside solidification and extraction subsystems, and the mutual communication among them. Several key technologies such as the realization of openness, multicoil winding for heavy caliber tubes and remote control are also introduced.

This paper describes the design and development of a new series 3000 two-shaft regenerative and simple cycle gas turbine for mechanical drive applications. Technical advances in the areas of aero-thermal, mechanical, controls, and materials design were combined to produce a machine with a regenerative cycle thermal efficiency of 32%. Increased automation and adaptability to remote control were provided by a new solid state control system and high pressure hydraulics.

As an energy generating equipment, the engine-generator set supplies power to the electric transmission. Therefore, its control is one of the key technologies of electric vehicles. Based on the discussion about the demands to the engine-generator set in tracked vehicles, the detailed function of engine-generator and the contro1 strategy are determined. The hardware and software of the control system are also developed and tested in a prototype vehicle. The experiment results show that the control system has good reliability and can satisfy the power requirements of vehicles under all operating conditions.
