AbstractMetachronous metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC) to bladder is rare incidence. We report a case of RCC with metachronous metastasis to the urinary bladder occurring 2 years postradical nephrectomy. In a follow‑up for the past 1 year, the patient is doing well. To the best of our knowledge, this case is the second case of bladder metastasis from RCC in the Indian literature. We reviewed literature and discuss the histopathological features of bladder metastasis of RCC.

AbstractMetastases to the parotid region are relatively infrequent and originate primarily from head and neck cancer. Metastases of an infraclavicular origin are uncommon. Moreover, metastasis from the carcinoma of urinary bladder (CUB) to any part of the head and neck, including parotid gland, is rare. Surgery and chemotherapy are usually offered. We report a case of solitary parotid metastasis from CUB, who was successfully treated with stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) using CyberKnife. SBRT is a safe alternative in cases unwilling/unfit for surgery.

Leiomyomas though common benign tumors of smooth muscle cells are extremely rare in the male genitourinary tract. We present a case of an elderly male who presented with complaints suggestive of urinary bladder outlet obstruction since 1 year. His evaluation showed it due to a tumour arising from the left seminal vesicle. Excision of the tumor was done which was diagnosed on histopathology as leiomyoma. A brief case report and review of literature is being presented.
