At present, the development of energy system tends to be clean and intelligent. China has upgraded the development of smart energy to national strategy. As the core link of energy system, power system is widely used, with strong regulation ability and complex control, especially with the increasing proportion of new energy and various forms of consumption. Now the power system presents the characteristics of complex nonlinearity, strong uncertainty and strong coupling. There are many limitations in traditional modeling, optimization and control technology, and artificial intelligence technology will be an effective measure to solve the control and decision-making problems of complex system. Firstly, this paper analyzes the application prospect of artificial intelligence technology in power system and the application of artificial intelligence technology in power grid operation. It establishes the prediction model of power grid operation mode, the model can help operators of power system quickly adjust the power flow to convergence state, and then greatly improve the calculation efficiency of power grid operation mode.

The collaborative system for power grid operation mode calculation implements data management of multi-level paralleling operated dispatching departments indifferent places and joint operation mode calculation, which is based on the calculated data of power grid operation modes. The transient stability analysis monitors the components of electrical variation curve through the network transmission to the web page. When more users and more curves reach a certain extent, the overall simulation time is longer and the curve is stuck because of the limitation of the transmission bandwidth and the refresh rate of the web page. This paper, The Douglas Peucker algorithm is used in system to solve the data transmission of large amount of data delay problem and achieve the transmission of the large amount of data, the overall simulation time of curve in the web page display is decreased, the curves are refreshed smoothly.

Coastal hydrodynamic analyses are basic for the planning and assessment of activities in that area. An important application of these•analyses is harbour lay-out and location. In this paper, hydrodynamic results of a numerical model based on Boussinesq-type equations are presented in the issue of Computer Aided Harbour Engineering. This model achleves overall second-order accuracy and has efficient modules of pre- and post-processing of information. The model has been used as a CAD tool for the planning and design of Spanish harbours. Its flexibility and economy of operation allow the model to be used, in the future, as a module of a global expert system for CAD harbour lay-out. This global expert system will provide a fully automatic design process. The output of this system will consist in the final optimized harbour configuration, considering all Imposed constraints and requirements.
