In this paper, we discussed a method of dynamic detection for clutch of real vehicle based on RFID technology. Clutch is a key component in vehicle. It ensures smooth start and shift and prevents overload of transmission system. Traditional detection method is to measure on a simulated working table. But the combining process of start and shift in bad condition can bring other troubles which lead to possible damage and reduce the service life of clutch. So, it is very important to detect Clutch of real vehicle in real time. Firstly, we discussed clutch of real vehicle important parameter. Secondly, a wireless transmission method is provided by RFID. Finally, a simulation results is given.

Aim at the route deformation of rail state, a non-contact dynamic detection method based on trap-down inertial technology, was studied. Further study on integrated acceleration and real-time update of attitude matrix was made to put forward a proper solution. By experimental verification, this method is feasible and the error is within 5mm.

Dynamic detection method based on software behavior is an efficient and effective way for anti-virus technology. Malware and benign executable differ mainly in the implementation of some special behavior to propagation and destruction. A program's execution flow is essentially equivalent to the stream of API calls. Analyzing the API calls frequency from six kinds of behaviors in the same time has the very well differentiate between malicious and benign executables. This paper proposed a dynamic malware detection approach by mining the frequency of sensitive native API calls and described experiments conducted against recent Win32 malware. Experimental results indicate that the detection rate of proposed method is 98% and the value of the AUC is 0.981. Furthermore, proposed method can identify known and unknown malware.

In order to improve the accuracy of recognition system for fatigue facial expression of driver, driver fatigue expression of this paper, the detection method for key feature points in the fatigue facial expression image of driver is applied in the paper to establish a fatigue expression image recognition model based on attention mechanism. Experimental results show that the algorithm can improve the recognition rate of driver's expression image, so as to record fatigue expression image of driver more accurate.

In the firing process of ceramic products, the sintering conditions vary from firing phase to firing phase. In different firing phases, flame texture changes obviously, so it can be used as a important parameter of burning zone identification for ceramic roller kiln. In this paper, both flame image recognition of simulating artificial-look-fire and multi-point temperature detection technology are used to detect burning zone working conditions of ceramic roller kiln so as to greatly improve detection accuracy. The key data fusion algorithm of PTCR-based point detection temperature and flame image recognition–based detection method of burning zone working condition for ceramic roller kiln are proposed. The temperature measurement experiment system scheme of ceramic roller kiln burning zone is also given. The system can fuse the key process data with flame image characteristics so as to get the comprehensive database used to judge burning zone working conditions and temperatures. In the end, The testing experiment was carried out. The experimental results show that the method proposed above is feasible and effective.

A method of non-contact detection of bolt fracture have serial steps as follows: First of all the required data is obtained through image acquisition, then through the edge detection, image recognition and other image processing on the image to get the bolt fracture identification results, finally the non-contact measurement bolt fracture is realized. Experiments show that bolt crack detection method based on image processing, compared with the traditional detection methods improve the efficiency of detection and improve the detection accuracy. The method for bolt crack detection is feasible.
