ABSTRACT Preauricular sinus (PAS) is not uncommon congenital anomaly. It is usually asymptomatic and does not require any treatment. Patient presenting with discharge, recurrent infections and preauricular abscess will require management with antibiotics and surgical extirpation of the sinus tract.
