The article discusses the tectonics and developmental features of the Volga-Ural anteclise during the Baikalian, Caledonian, Hercynian and Alpine tectogenesis cycles. In this paper, particular attention is paid to stages and directional development during the evolution of geological structures. The main factors of the formation and destruction of Permian viscous oil and natural bitumen reservoirs are presented in the provisions of oil ontogenesis. It was noted the cyclical nature of these phenomena. Keywords: Volga-Ural anteclise; super-viscous oil; tectonic; reservoir; oil.

Currently at the territory of the Udmurt Republic there is a depletion of previously discovered large oil fields. The increase in oil reserves is many times behind production. This problem can be solved by the introduction of oil fields with reserves of up to 300 thousand tons of oil. However the classical methods of prospecting, exploration and development makes identification and exploitation of these deposits economically not cost-effective. This problem can be solved by using the technology of acoustic low-frequency exploration at the search and evaluation and exploration stages of exploration. The forecasting scheme of hydrocarbon potencial of Debesskoe, Vostochno-Tylovaiskoe fields, as well as Staroaleiskaya and Marinskaya structures, studied by this method, has been shown. Advantages of application of technology of acoustic low-frequency investigation at carrying out the prospecting and exploration works on oil in the Udmurt Republic have been presented. The most promising geological structures to predict oil deposits by means of acoustic low frequency exploration in the territory of the Udmurt Republic have been suggested.

The paper discusses the main causes of inclined oil-water contacts occurrence in the deposits Strezhevskoye and Krapivinskoe of the West Siberian plate, confined to the deposits of Vasyugan formation. The authors believe that the main reasons for the inclined oil-water contacts occurrence are the heterogeneity of the reservoir rocks lithofacies characteristics, regional hydrodynamic pressure of reservoir waters and the imposed catagenesis during the oil deposits formation. For this purpose, the facial analysis of the productive deposits was conducted and the data on reservoir permeability were used.
