The objective of the paper was to describe the concept of a virtual, digital equivalent to a physical process. The basic idea of the virtual counterpart for the process called a digital twin is described first. Following this the hybrid computer system dedicated to the design of the optimal manufacturing technology for thin steel strips is presented. The models used in the system and the database are described. Numerical tests showing capabilities of the system recapitulate the work. 1.

Abstract The paper describes the hybrid computer system dedicated to identification of models of materials subjected to thermomechanical processing. The functionalities of the system consist of plastometric tests data processing and application of the inverse analysis. The latter functionality is realized unconventionally, instead of the finite element method the metamodel is implemented using artificial neural network. The metamodels, used for simulations of the plastometric tests, are imported to the proposed computer system as external plugins, what guarantees flexibility and possibility of further development. On the other hand, application of rich optimization libraries assures the best possible solution of the problem. Basic principles of the inverse analysis with metamodels and mentioned optimization procedures are described in the paper. Selected examples of identification of models for various metallic materials recapitulate the paper.

Рассматривается применение параллельных вычислений для решения задач двухфазной фильтрации с большим количеством скважин на гибридной вычислительной системе, позволяющей использовать ядра центрального процессора и ядра графического процессора. The application of parallel computations to solve two-phase filtration problems with a large number of wells on a hybrid computer system is considered, which makes it possible to use the cores of the central processor and the cores of the graphics processor.
