The spread out of wireless mesh network has made possible the extended range of communication network that are impractical due to environmental changes in a wired access point, these wireless mesh network does not require much competence to set it up as it can be set very fast at a cheap rate, and the conveyancing of messages in it happens by selecting the shortest path, these wireless mesh built-in with irrepressible and invulnerable identities come with an endurance to temporary congestion and individual node failure. This results in an architecture providing a better coverage, flaw indulgent with higher bandwidth compared to other wireless distributed systems. But faces the limitation on power conservation. The battery activated mesh nodes loses their resources on perception, processing and transmission of the data’s, though these batteries or accumulators comes with energy regaining capability still draw backs show up as their nature of energy regaining are unexposed. So the performance analysis of fly wireless network which proposes a uninterrupted wireless mesh networks aims at providing a best measure of performance that is the best quality of service on the meshwork by providing an improved energy gleaning using potency segregation (IGPS) which empowers each node to have self- contained accumulation of energy achieving heightened adaption with energy consumption kept at a minimum. The gross functioning of the proposed is examined on the bases of delay and packet loss to prove the quality of service acquired.

Measuring the quality of service and customer satisfaction is ultimately important for ISPs to remain in business. In order to achieve a good quality of service, understanding the two-way relationship among customers in a variety of patterns of quality of service is crucial. Three methods of analysis namely; Penalty Rewards Contrast Analysis (PRCA), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) were used in the analysis to identify the causes of the main problems that affect the level of customer satisfaction. For the PRCA analysis, factors that were categorized as onedimensional are service quality, promotion, as well as payment of bills of paid Wi-Fi services and the promotional factor of free Wi-Fi services. Based on the IPA results, there were eight attributes for paid Wi-Fi services and four attributes of free Wi-Fi services in the first quadrant. These attributes are important but their performance are low. Therefore, these attributes need to be emphasized further to increase their level of performance. Meanwile, the CSI analysis showed that all five factors are found to be at a good level and being categorized in the indifferent zone. Bagi mencapai kualiti perkhidmatan yang baik, memahami hubungan dua hala di kalangan pelanggan di pelbagai corak kualiti perkhidmatan adalah penting. Tiga kaedah analisis iaitu Analisis Kontras Hukuman Ganjaran (PRCA), Analisis Kepentingan Prestasi (IPA) dan Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan (CSI) telah digunakan dalam analisis bagi mengukur kepuasan pelanggan untuk mengenal pasti punca masalah utama yang memberi kesan kepada tahap kepuasan pelanggan. Untuk analisis PRCA, faktor-faktor yang telah dikategorikan sebagai satu dimensi adalah faktor kualiti perkhidmatan, kenaikan pangkat, serta pembayaran bil-bil perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan faktor promosi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma. Berdasarkan keputusan IPA, terdapat lapan atribut untuk perkhidmatan Wi-Fi berbayar dan empat atribut bagi perkhidmatan Wi-Fi percuma berada dalam kuadran pertama. Atribut-atribut ini didapati penting tetapi prestasi mereka adalah rendah. Oleh itu, atribut-atribut ini perlu diberi penekanan untuk meningkatkan lagi tahap prestasi mereka. Manakala, analisis CSI pula menunjukkan bahawa kesemua lima faktor didapati berada pada tahap yang baik dan yang dikategorikan dalam zon acuh tak acuh. This study aims to determine the attributes that are considered important by consumers to achieve customer satisfaction, determine the level of performance in Twissterdog, know the level of satisfaction or level of consumer suitability of products and services in Twissterdog, and determine the attributes that need to get priority from the company to achievement of customer satisfaction. This research was conducted in Twissterdog with the sample used was 97 respondents by using purposive and accidental sampling method. Data obtained from the questionnaire distribution were analyzed by Importance Performance Analysis method. The result of research shows that attribute with highest level of customer satisfaction on product quality is clarity of name and logo of company with satisfaction level 222%, attribute with lowest satisfaction level is price match with consumer interest, food presentation and price match with product quality with satisfaction level equal to 80.84%. Attributes with the highest level of customer satisfaction on the quality of service is the hospitality of the waiter and the courtesy of the waiter with a satisfaction level of 218%. Attribute with the lowest level of customer satisfaction on the quality of service is the convenience of café with a satisfaction level of 43%. Attributes that should be prioritized on product quality are price conformity with consumer interest, food presentation and price conformity with product quality. The attributes that must be prioritized on the quality of service is the ease of reaching the location, the cleanliness of the cafe, the availability of parking facilities and the convenience of the cafe.
