Abstract
ATLANTIC 13B Alloy is a silicon bronze casting alloy offering excellent castability and corrosion resistance, good machinability and medium-high strength. It is an all-purpose alloy that is suitable for gears, valve parts and marine fittings. It is especially useful in stress-corrosion environments for thin-walled parts. This datasheet provides information on composition, physical properties, hardness, elasticity, and tensile properties as well as fracture toughness and fatigue.
