Elongation is one among the various congenital abnormalities of cervix, which is often one of the causes of primary infertility. The only available treatment is cervical amputation. The word yoni collectively refers to reproductive organs, however here it can be considered as the cervix. So elongated cervix can be correlated to Prasramsini Yoni Vyapat where there is laxity and descend of the cervix. All Acharyas have mentioned similar mode of treatment in case of Srasta Yoni which include Abhyanga, Sweda, Veshavara Bandha, Uttarabasti etc. A case report of patient presenting with congenital cervical elongation is being discussed here. In this case there was reduction in the elongation of the cervix by Veshavara Bandha and Uttarabasti with Jathyadi Taila. The drugs used in Veshavara Bandha were having Balya, Brimhana and Grahi properties which helped in reducing the length of the cervix significantly and preventing further elongation. Thus Ayurvedic management was found to be effective in elongation of cervix to an extent even though it cannot be cured completely.

Micro perforate hymen is an uncommon congenital defect in which the hymen has a microscopic pinpoint aperture. It is a different entity from imperforate hymen, but it might present with more or less similar complaints. Here we are discussing about a unique case of pinpoint hymenal opening or microperforate hymen where the patient presented to us with primary infertility. Most cases of micro perforate hymen present in the paediatric age group with recurrent urinary tract infections and recurrent vulvovaginitis. Rare cases in a review of literature noted that a patient was seen to present with urethral dilatation during coital activity. In this case report, we present a patient who came with primary infertility who has never been examined in the past. She had regular menstrual cycles but scanty flow with the main complaint of dyspareunia. After examination, she was found to have microperforate hymen and suspected transverse vaginal septum defect. Hence, routine investigations were done, and we proceeded with hymenectomy. This example demonstrates the importance of a thorough genital examination and the inclusion of hymenal abnormalities in the differential diagnosis of women with recurrent dysuria, vaginitis, primary infertility, and oligomenorrhoea, so that early intervention can be done to improve the woman's quality of life and reduce pregnancy difficulties.

Bilateral seminal and vas calcification is not common, especially in young age. Association with many disease conditions has been described, with diabetes mellitus being the most common association. A 34-year-old man presented with primary infertility and right upper ureteric calculus. His evaluation revealed extensive, bilateral seminal and vas calcification with normal semen analysis and firsttime detected diabetes mellitus. His female partner was evaluated and found to have bilateral fallopian tubes blockage. We reviewed the literature and present here the algorithm for diagnosis of such patients, along with details of this particular patient.
