The technical paper showcased a comprehensive study on laser (light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation) grooving as breakthrough and ultimate solution in wafer sawing. The project is intended to address various defects such as chippings, metal dangling/peel off, cracks, and other wafer-related defects induced during wafer sawing process. Series of process simulations, actual processing, benchmarking, and collaborations with suppliers are carried out to attain a zero defect in wafer sawing. Critical processes and controls on this new technology are shown and how the mentioned defects are properly addressed. The laser grooving is the newest and latest developed state-of-the-art technology over conventional mechanical sawing using blades. Sawing process is considered as one of the challenges in the plant as it deals with different wafer technologies. Different blade types also need to be properly maintained. Compared to the conventional and universal mechanical sawing using blades, complex errors and top reject contributor of identified critical processes are corrected and required process capability index is achieved.

The technology of laserpuncture in livestock is an acupuncture technique using Laser (Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation) that is fired at acupuncture points as biological receptors that are related to organs that can provide stimulatory effects. This research was conducted in the laboratory of Airlangga University for 30 days using a sample of 18 cambell ducks divided into 3 treatments and laser shot with 3 days interval. Treatment 0 as control, treatment 1 got laser treatment dose 0,2 joule and treatment 2 got laser treatment dose 0,5 joule. On the final result of the eggs that have been in the production of duck research for 29 days. P2 given laser shootings with a dose of 0.5 joule yielded more eggs with 158 grains compared to P1 given laser shootings with a dose of 0.2 joules yielding 126 grains and P0 with inactivated laser yielding a total of 86 grains. The conclusion of this study is the shooting of laserpuncture dose of 0.2-0.5 joule can increase egg productivity

LASER stands for light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation. Einstein was the ist to give the foundation for laser , however the first to give laser term was Gordon Gould. Invention of LASER has brought about a major revolution in the ways of life of people. The increasing use of laser in medicine has only been possible due to a better understanding of the interaction between laser light and living tissue. Reliably laser removes the needle, drill, and pain from the dental procedures  &  also reduces risk of contamination with respect to drills. Laser significantly reduces aerosols and Does not produce scratch material , thus causing less spread of debris outside the oral cavity. Blood free procedures for better recovery . Laser dentistry can be a precise and effective way to perform many dental procedures. Dental laser can be used to generate both hard and soft tissue laser energy, depending upon the patient’s needs.

The term LASER stands for Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation. When referring to laser light it is important to distinguish it from general light. The light from the sun or a light bulb has multitude of wavelengths that individually, spread out in all directions
