The hypertension is a well know problem and associated with a high salt consuming is one of the commonest chronic diseases.To measure the impact of this consuming it has been applied the methodology provided by the Business Case tool (BC Tool), in a Portuguese foundation for elderly, in order to contribute for Intervention Plan for the reduction of hypertension which aims to reduce salt consumption in the Portuguese population and to improve the control of Hypertension through a phased reduction in salt consumption.This objective has been achieved by changing the availability of foods with lower salt contents and by decreasing the addition of salt in cooking. The results of these measures provided a substantial benefit in terms of Benefits Measurements and Cost Analysis besides the results of SROI measurement in order to obtain the social benefits of this initiative of the Intervention plan to reduce hypertension. Along these results it has been collected the suggestions for improvements that would allow the Sarah Beirão Foundation's response to the needs of its users to be improved

<h1 align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong></h1><p>Penelitian ini menerapkan konsep bidang Astronomi Islam tentang penentuan arah kiblat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang ketepatan posisi arah kiblat di wilayah Indonesia. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah belum tahunya user tentang gambaran arah kiblat yang tepat untuk masing-masing daerah yang tersebar di wilayahnya. Kemudian pertanyaan yang muncul dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana merancang sistem untuk penentuan arah kiblat tersebut agar mendapatkan hasil yang akurat serta bagaimana merancang sistem tersebut sebagai dasar acuan untuk menunjang pengembangan sistem yang dapat diterapkan untuk perangkat berbasis android. Perancangan sistem ini dibuat berdasarkan metode ephemeris yang diterbitkan oleh Kementrian Agama Republik Indonesia dan dirancang menggunakan notasi Unified Modeling Language(UML) sebagai case tool dalam merancang proses yang akan terjadi dalam sistem.</p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong><em>This research applies the concept of Islamic Astronomy in determining the direction of the Qibla with the aim of knowing the description of the exact position of the Qibla direction in the territory of Indonesia. The problem in this study is that the user has not yet known the picture of the direction of the Qibla that is right for each region that is spread in the region. Then the question that arises in this study is how to design a system to determine the direction of the Qibla in order to get accurate results and how to design the system as a basis for supporting the development of systems that can be applied to android-based devices. The design of this system is based on the ephemeris method published by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia and designed to use </em><em>Unified Modeling Language(</em><em>UML) notation as a case tool in designing the processes that will occur in the system.</em></p>

Ide dasar yang mendasari CASE tool dalam membantu kegiatan rekayasa perangkat lunak komputer adalah untuk meningkatkan produktifitas developer sistem dengan cara menyediakan suatu set sistem tool yang mempermudah dalam mendesain pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Isu yang dibahas pada artikel ini adalah relasi antara lingkungan pengolahaan sistem informasi perusahaan ketika mengadopsi teknologi CASE untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Isu selanjutnya yang dibahas adalah tentang manfaat menggunakan teknologi CASE sebagai alat pengembangan aplikasi sistem informasi berbasis komputer dalam system development life cycle.
