Penelitian pengaruh pelatihan kerja, upah, dan masa kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT Super Steel Karawang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruhnya terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT Super Steel Karawang sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan perusahaan dalam melakukan aktifitas pelatihan, penentuan upah, dan kebijakan masa kerja karyawan agar produktivitas perusahaan dapat meningkat secara umum. Metode penelitian ini berupa data kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan sebaran kuesioner sampel sebanyak 201 karyawan PT Super Steel Karawang diambil dengan rumus Slovin, kemudian diuji pengaruhnya dengan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian asumsi klasik normalitas, autokorelasi, heteroskedastisitas, dan multikolinieritas agar dapat ditunjukan besaran pengaruhnya. Hasil penelitian kuesioner masing-masing indikator terbukti valid dan reliabel dengan asumsi regresi linier berganda masing-masing sudah terpenuhi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh pelatihan dan masa kerja pada produktivitas, namun hasil penelitian upah tidak adanya pengaruh pada produktivitas dengan model regresi. Kata kunci: Produktivitas, Pelatihan, Upah, Masa Kerja, Regresi Linier Berganda

AbstractA comprehensive investigation was conducted into the effect of oxides on penetrations, microstructures and mechanical properties of BS700MC super steel weld bead. Boron oxide changed the penetration of weld bead by changing the Marangoni convection in the weld pool and contracting the welding arc. Chromium oxide only changed the Marangoni convection in the weld pool to increase the penetration of super steel. Thus, the super steel weld bead has higher penetration coated with flux boron oxide than that coated with chromium oxide. In other words, the activating flux TIG (A-TIG) welding with flux boron oxide has less welding heat input than the A-TIG welding with flux chromium oxide. As a result, on the one hand, there existed more fine and homogeneous acicular ferrites in the microstructure of welding heat-affected zone when the super steel was welded by A-TIG with flux boron oxide. Thus, the weld beads have higher value of low-temperature impact toughness. On the other hand, the softening degree of welding heat-affected zone, welded by A-TIG with flux boron oxide, will be decreased for the minimum value of welding heat input.

Super steel has the same chemical composition as plain carbon steel, but its yield strength is higher than plain carbon steel because it has finer grain size. The products of super steel sheet have been used in automobile parts, which not only improves the quality of the automobiles, but also reduces the cost and weight of automobiles, decreases energy consumption and environmental pollution. At present, several automobile manufacturers have applied the super steel products to their parts, such as Across Beam and Longitude Beam, Automotive wheel, et al. This paper introduces the tensile test, cold bending test and metallographic examination for 500MPa grade super steel sheet that have been done. The hardening index, value of plastic strain ratio, yield strength, tensile strength, even percentage elongation and other mechanical performances have been studied. The press forming performance of 500MPa grade super steel has been analyzed too. It can be used for guidance of stamping production.
