<a></a>It is difficult to measure voltage flicker parameter accurately and in real time under a complex power grid environment, a voltage flicker envelope extraction algorithm based on multi-point differential improved analytic energy operator (IAEO) is proposed, which simplified formula for extracting flicker envelope and a novel K-B optimal mutual convolution window function is constructed. Then, the correction formula of flicker amplitude and frequency is derived based on the three-spectral line interpolation of the novel K-B optimized mutual convolution window, and the estimation algorithm of voltage flicker parameter is proposed based on the IAEO and the novel K-B mutual convolution window. Finally, a voltage-flicker-parameter-estimation platform based on virtual instrument is developed. The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively measure voltage flicker parameter under single frequency modulation, multi-frequency modulation and fundamental frequency fluctuation. In addition, it can effectively overcome harmonics, interharmonics and noise interference. Compared with the existing estimation algorithm, the flicker envelope extraction is simpler, the measurement result is more accurate, and it is easy to implement embedded.<br>

Distributed generators connected to the power system usually produce voltage fluctuations. For wind turbines connected to a grid, large changes in wind speed can cause voltage flicker at the point of common coupling. The measurement of voltage flicker caused only by wind turbines is difficult. The wind turbine under test is usually connected to a medium voltage point, in which other fluctuating loads may produce significant voltage disturbances at the wind turbine terminal where the measurement is made. Although the IEC 61400-21-1 standard specifies a method to evaluate voltage flicker caused by wind turbines, because of the complex algorithm and process of the IEC standard, there is currently a lack of measurement equipment that meets the IEC standard. In addition, some countries that use other voltage flicker standards, such as ΔV10, do not have suitable flicker measurements for wind turbines. Therefore, this study proposes an enhanced version of the IEC 61400-21-1 standard, which integrates the ΔV10 method, so that the proposed measurement system complies with the IEC and ΔV10 standards. In this study, the voltage flicker measurement system is successfully implemented, which can help engineers to predict the voltage flicker by wind turbines and assess whether a region or grid is suitable for installing wind turbines. Therefore, it can provide wind turbine companies with a quick assessment of voltage flicker to comply with the certification process.

Laju elektrifikasi Sumatera Barat 92,96%. Jumlah ini akan terus meningkat setiap tahun, dan dengan meningkatnya laju elektrifikasi di Sumatera Barat maka kualitas daya yang dibutuhkan akan meningkat. Di sisi lain, peningkatan kecepatan pengisian menyebabkan penurunan kualitas daya. Kualitas daya sistem tenaga dipengaruhi oleh gangguan. Dengan kata lain, sistem tenaga gagal, mengakibatkan kualitas daya yang buruk. Gangguan memanifestasikan dirinya dalam bentuk faktor eksternal dan internal. Faktor eksternal termasuk petir dan pohon tumbang, dan faktor internal termasuk pemadaman listrik sementara, fluktuasi tegangan, transien tegangan dan arus, serta kedipan tegangan. Kami akan fokus pada gangguan flicker tegangan yang disebabkan oleh gangguan ini. Kedipan tegangan memiliki berbagai efek seperti kegagalan relai pelindung, fluktuasi tegangan yang dapat menyebabkan lampu berkedip terang dan redup. Tujuan dari proyek akhir ini adalah membuat alat yang mendeteksi adanya tegangan jitter dengan metode Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), sehingga Anda dapat mengamati getaran akibat gelombang FFT pada aplikasi Matlab.Kata kunci : Monitoring, Voltage Flicker, Fast Fourier Transform
