Holism | Cosmopsychism – And the Collapse of the Wavefunction

The holistic view of the Universe is a very promising approach. The necessity of such a view is shown by the teaching of Carl Friedrich von Weizsäcker, a German physicist and philosopher. If we accept Panpsychism as the best alternative to Materialism and Dualism, we should take the holistic view seriously. Panpsychism and Holism combined lead to the Idea of Cosmopsychism. If we consider the Universe as a holistic Quantum System, we should ask, what causes the collapse of its wavefunction? I offer four possible answers and I tend to divine consciousness, which brings the collapse of the wavefunction of our Universe.

Our view of information is from the perspective of social communica-tion sciences and the media. This view is intended to show the essential, desirable characteristics of information, important for media communication. Our analyzes are intended to signal some aspects of information theory, thus showing selected elements of the semantic-pragmatic platform for understanding and describing information. In our analyzes, we refer to the rich literature of Carl Friedrich von Weizsäcker, in order to draw theoretical and practical conclusions synthesizing by analyzing the content of his texts. Our analyzes are not only an attempt to theoretical description of the specifics and functionality of information, but are intended to provide valuable tips for increasing the informativeness of information in the processes of social communication.

Weltinnenpolitik und Vereinte Nationen – eine Symbiose?

The term Weltinnenpolitik was coined by Carl Friedrich von Weizsäcker. In contrast to the more famous concept of global governance, Weltinnenpolitik tries to simulate a global state - especially the monopoly of the use of force - as far as possible under the condition of a vital community of states. It is based on two pillars of equal relevance: a perspective similar to the one of domestic politics and an international organization that behaves towards its member states in a domestic manner. Despite the recent crisis, the United Nations are the best place for both.
