All papers published in this volume of Journal of Physics: Conference Series have been peer reviewed through processes administered by the Editors. Reviews were conducted by expert referees to the professional and scientific standards expected of a proceedings journal published by IOP Publishing. • Type of peer review: Single-blind • Describe criteria used by Reviewers when accepting/declining papers. Was there the opportunity to resubmit articles after revisions? Reviewers used following criteria when accepting/declining papers: scientific merit (notably scientific rigour, accuracy and correctness); clarity of expression; communication of ideas; readability and discussion of concepts; sufficient discussion of the context of the work, and suitable referencing; originality; motivation; repetition, length of paper; presentation criteria (title, abstract, diagrams, figures, tables and captions, text and mathematics; conclusion) • Conference submission management system: https://uconfy.com/ • Number of submissions received: 146 • Number of submissions sent for review: 146 • Number of submissions accepted: 78 • Acceptance Rate (Number of Submissions Accepted / Number of Submissions Received X 100): 78/146=0.53 • Average number of reviews per paper: 2 • Total number of reviewers involved: 10 • Any additional info on review process: Plagiarism check system was used • Contact person for queries (Full name, affiliation, institutional email address) Vladimir Vishnevsky, V. This paper describes the capabilities of the Graphics-TR programmatically technical complex (PTC) as a tool for teaching university students the general principles of computer-aided design of schematic documentation using the Graphics-TP programmatically technical complex. A brief history of the development of CAD, CAM and PDM systems in our country and abroad is presented. The main disadvantages of using foreign CAD in Russia are given. Attention is focused on electronic design automation (EDA) systems for circuit engineering tasks, which is a subspecies of CAD systems. The article provides a justification for the development of domestic software at the scientific Institute (Computer Graphics Laboratory, part of the division of the V. A. Trapeznikov Institute of management problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences) for solving problems in the field of EDA design. With the help of "Graphics –TR", we consider computer modeling of circuits by automating design work on the example of a practical solution to the problem in the field of circuit engineering and development of printed circuit boards. There are also examples of practical classes on the study of circuitry by students of MTUCI on the course of lectures "Computer modeling of circuits and devices".

The paper considers the proposed statements and solutions of a number of main and auxiliary problems proposed at Trapeznikov Institute of Control Scientes RAS related to the planning of the movement of autonomous uninhabited underwater vehicles (AUUV) when evading systems of homogeneous and/or heterogeneous observers that determine the threat environment. Examples of analytical and numerical construction of traffic routes are given.
