Abstract Let f be analytic in the unit disc D = {z : |z| < 1} with f ( z ) = z + ∑ n = 2 ∞ a n z n , and for α ≥ 0 and 0 < β ≤ 1, let B 1(α, ß), denote for the class of Bazilevič functions satisfying the expression | arg z 1 − α f ′ ( z ) f ( z ) 1 − α | < β π 2 . We give sharp estimates for various coefficient problems for functions in B 1(α, β), which unify and extend well-known results for starlike functions, strongly starlike functions and functions whose derivative has positive real part in domain D.

In this paper, we defined a new class of λ-pseudo-Bazilevič functions of complex order using subordination. Various classes of analytic functions that map unit discs onto a conic domain and some classes of special functions were studied in dual. Some subordination results, inequalities for the initial Taylor–Maclaurin coefficients and the unified solution of the Fekete–Szego problem for subclasses of analytic functions related to various conic regions, are our main results. Our main results have many applications which are presented in the form of corollaries.

In this paper, through the instrument of the well-known Chebyshev polynomials and subordination, we defined a family of functions, consisting of Bazilević functions of type α, involving the Ruscheweyh derivative operator. Also, we investigate coefficient bounds and Fekete-Szegö inequalities for this class.
