Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung (YVCB) was formed on July 7, 2007 in the city of Bandung, as a place of friendship between Yamaha Vixion motorcyclists. In its organizational structure, YVCB has a Human Resource Development (HRD) division. Until now, there are more than 800 Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung members. This software is made to facilitate the work of the Yamaha Vixion Club Bandung HRD Division in processing member data. Created using Microsoft Webmatrix as an editor with the PHP programming language. The database uses MySQL with PHPMyAdmin as the software. The method used in making this software is prototyping so that between developers and customers can understand each other what the customer wants. The purpose of making web-based member data management software is that in terms of managing member data it can be done anytime and anywhere by just accessing the internet. In the use of the program, the author chose to use PHP, because PHP is the best and easiest to use in website programming language. Based on the last paragraph, the author intends to make aplication based computerized attendance so that become effective and efficient in terms of time.

The Second edition Russian Scientometric Handbook is designed to provide an overview of the field of scientometrics. The Handbook describes the history of creation of the breakthrough concept of citation indexing by Dr. Eugene Garfield, and development of the first multidisciplinary scholarly citation index, the Science Citation Index. Application of scientometric tools and methods in research management and resource allocation is discussed. Authors survey various scientometric indicators relevant to individual researchers, journals, research institutions and whole countries. Authors explore new types of indicators, such as altmetrics, relationship between scientometric indicators and the nature of scientific communication, and various methods of visualizing scientometric information. Possibilities and limitations of various scientometric techniques are examined. Authors highlight the need for an informed and reasonable approach to the use of quantitative indicators for research assessment. The Handbook includes the first Russian translations of three articles by Dr. Eugene Garfield. The Handbook is intended for use by researchers, science analysts, universities and research institutions administrators, libraries and information centers staff, graduate students, and the general reader interested in scientometrics and research evaluation.

The correct citation of references is an honor to original ideas of previous authors and to avoid plagiarism. Currently, researchers can easily find, cite and store references using citation management software. This paper is discussed how to use popular citation management software (Zotero •Mendeley •EndNote •RefWorks •Citavi •PaperPile •JabRef •Papers •Docear) and reference tools in academic writing. The citation management software is very helpful for academic writing. Exactly what the name suggests: Reference management software used to manage the references in a document and information about a publication,book, journal article, video, etc. This study is based on the available sources from various university online libraries worldwide. This study very uses full for researchers, authors, reviewers, editors and the researcher community.

The paper provides an overview of the architectures for the repair and maintenance management software package for a service enterprise. As part of the research work, asset management (EAM) and service management (ITSM) methodologies were studied. Three different architectures for the designed software package are proposed, their descriptions, advantages and disadvantages are given.
