Tajik students studying in the Russian Federation can be considered as a social system. Indeed, it is characterized by such universal (common to all social systems) characteristics as complex interrelation and interconitionality of internal processes, emergence, dynamics of social processes, and interconnection with outside environment. There are also a number of specific features of the social system of Tajik students studying at universities of the Russian Federation, namely as a social system. The application of a systematic approach, as well as the principles and concepts of management theory, makes it possible not only to formalize the very concept of the target asset (the social system of Tajik students studying in the Russian Federation), but also to describe its management system. Modeling of the target asset based on a set-theoretic approach was carried out for such difficult-to-formalize characteristics as personal data of Tajik students, data on their educational process, data on employment and obtaining additional professional skills, social and everyday nature data. For this purpose Boolean and linguistic variables are used in the work inter alia. The results obtained in the work of modeling the target asset (the social system of Tajik students studying in the Russian Federation) will subsequently describe not only the process of TS management, but also the specifics of monitoring the achievement of targets for the simulated management system.

The article proposes a new approach for adjusting the parameters of computing nodes being a part of a data processing system based on analytical simulation of a queuing system with subsequent estimation of probabilities of hypotheses regarding the computing node state. Methods of analytical modeling of queuing systems and mathematical statistics are used. The result of the study is a mathematical model for assessing the information situation for a computing node, which differs from the previously published system model used. Estimation of conditional probabilities of hypotheses concerning adequate data processing by a computing node allows making a decision on the need of adjusting the parameters of a computing node. This adjustment makes it possible to improve the efficiency of working with tasks on the computing node of the data processing system. The implementation of the proposed model for adjusting the parameters of the computer node of the data processing system increases both the efficiency of process applications on the node and, in general, the efficiency of its operation. The application of the approach to all computing nodes of the data processing system increases the dependability of the system as a whole.

Work objective is the determination of data on the frequency-domain behavior of components in the composition of the microcircuit and within the microcircuit as a whole, intended for using in DC voltage pulse converters. Research methods: simulation modeling. Research results and novelty: for microcircuits with an external frequency weighing network a frequency analysis scheme using an auxiliary operational amplifier and an active low-pass filter of the second order is proposed. Using a simulator in the LT-spice environment, the amplitude and phase frequency response data of the microchips of the step-down and step-up converters have been obtained. The possibility of technical implementation of the proposed scheme for experimental determination of frequency-domain behavior including final control of the parameters of the appropriate microchips has been noted. For microchips having built-in frequency weighing circuit, the possibility of determining frequency-domain characteristics during the formation of a test signal in an external control circuit has been confirmed. It is found that the use of this method for microchips with increased dynamic properties is problematic. Conclusion: the frequency analysis scheme using an auxiliary operational amplifier is suitable for both step-down and step-up DC/DC converters with an external frequency weighing network. This scheme can be recommended for experimental determination of frequency-domain behavior, including final control of the parameters of the appropriate microchips.

The paper describes a software-defined radar target simulator with DRFM. One may use such a device to test radars under development and evaluate their reliability in environments with radio frequency interference. The paper describes in detail a general algorithm of the target simulation and its modules for the simulation of range and speed. The authors also implemented the frequency shift module for the simulator in Xilinx System Generator and wrote this module in VHDL. One may find in the paper a comparison of the FPGA resources required for such implementations.

Work objective is finding rational technical and economic solutions for examining current transformers for techspecs compliance satisfying the requirements of reinstalled microprocessor type protective relays and automation devices manufactured by NP EKRA LLC, taking into account DC component. Research methods: analytical methods for calculating the time of remnant magnetization in the core of a current transformer. Research results and novelty: it is understood that the saturation time of current transformers of the basic and backup protections, according to the results of the analytical method, was more than 25 ms, and for current transformers of differential bus bar protection was more than 5 ms. The obtained saturation time values for all types of current transformers built into oil circuit-breaker bushings (HV line) of 110 kV and bus bar coupling connector (BCC) of 110 kV (main protection, backup protection, differential bus protection), both in the absence and in the presence of remanent induction magnetic in CT cores with three-phase and single-phase short circuits, satisfy completely technical requirements either of microprocessor type protective relays or CT differential bus bar protection. Conclusion: built into CT BCC circuit-breaker bushings of 110 kV and oil circuit-breaker bushings (HV line) of 110 kV Foundry substations do not necessitate a mandatory replacement in case of non-complex redesign of microprocessor type protective relays and automation devices. When replacing oil circuit breakers with gas-insulated ones, it is recommended to use CT with similar characteristics.

Work objective is to develop a patentable design of locomotive traction drive mechanisms using the example of a suspension unit. Research methods: object modeling method, analytical methods for calculating dynamics of rolling stock. Research results and novelty: the design of the railway electric motor suspension unit, which will reduce costs in the course of maintenance and repair of a locomotive with a solid gear by increasing the reliability of the suspension unit parts, eliminating their wear, has been developed; a compensation coupling device has been devised. We will synthesize the object model of a technical system based on the identification of its typical structure by classifying technical systems. Conclusion: the application of the object modeling method together with the object model allows avoiding errors in the development of new designs of technical objects based on existing comparables and eliminates defects of the selected prototype. The use of the object modeling method makes it possible to synthesize patentable designs of the locomotive underframe mechanisms.

A computer dynamic model of an automobile transmission with a double dry clutch, created using the "Universal Mechanism" software package, is presented. Work objective is to analyze the possibility of improving double dry clutch efficiency at various controls of compressive forces of clutch plates. The computer model contains 7 bodies: an engine crankshaft, two clutch plates, two gearbox input shafts for odd and even gears, an output shaft, a fly wheel. The simulation of gear shifting shows that pressing a clutch pedal or letting out the clutch simultaneously, cutoff time increment increases the rotational speed justification of the engine shaft and the input shaft of the actual gear, the total work of the friction forces of both clutches and does not affect the maximum value of clutch plates rotary sliding resistance. Frictional energy of the clutch when shifting gears from lower to higher is greater than when shifting gears from higher to lower. Sequential clutch on-off reduces the total frictional energy of both clutches by 1.17...1.31 times compared to simultaneous one. The model allows looking into different gearshift modes with uniform velocity or accelerated vehicle motion, optimize the gearshift strategy.

Work objective is to develop an algorithm for automatic speed regulation and to ensure its integration into the system of adaptive combined control of the power equipment of the locomotive TEM7A. Research methods: methods of the theory of automatic control, modern programming methods, trial trips. Research results and novelty. For the first time, the problem of automatic maintenance of "creeping" train speeds with high accuracy has been solved in the practice of domestic locomotive construction. It is established that the developed algorithm for automatic control of the humping speed and splitting up of shunting locomotive TEM7A allows maintaining a given speed in the range of operating speeds up to 8 km / h. Conclusion. The developed algorithm is integrated into the microprocessor control system of the power equipment of TEM7A shunting locomotive and does not require additional costs when through the locomotive operation. Maintaining a uniform speed of movement can also be used in the mode of manual control of the locomotive by the driver, while the value of the stipulated rate is set by the driver using the display module of the control panel.
