The industrial symbiosis (IS) landscape is evolving rapidly. While previous studies have argued for the importance of municipalities participating in the governing of IS, research on the implications of different forms of municipal organization is still lacking. This paper aims to investigate how municipal administration and municipally-owned corporations, as two forms of organization, impact the governing of IS in the water and sewage sector. This is explored in relation to the Swedish municipality Simrishamn, which recently underwent changes in the form of organization. Results show that municipal administration contributes to a more inclusive process where many actors can influence and bring ideas and perspectives on how to develop an IS. The risk, however, is that other issues within the municipality are seen as more pressing and, therefore, get prioritized before IS. In corporate form, the development of IS becomes more business-like as the focus is kept on core business. Technology development is strengthened as skills and competencies are promoted through the expertise of the employees. Drawbacks include processes becoming less transparent and political goals, such as citizen welfare not receiving the same level of priority as within municipal administration. There is also a risk that fewer perspectives are included in the process of developing IS, which may inhibit innovation, even if the results also indicate that an increased business focus of the corporate form strengthens the innovation capacity.

E-business technology is becoming one of the most important global markets where e-business solutions will have to adapt to new technologies. The main objective in this study was to synthesize existing knowledge in the field of e-business technology acceptance and to understand differences in Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) related causal effect sizes for different e-business contexts. A quantitative meta-analysis of existing empirical research about factors affecting e-business adoption was conducted using 89 published papers that provided empirical data about causal relationships. A moderator analysis was carried out to investigate the moderating effect of four factors: consumer type, device type, continent and respondent type. The results of the study showed a moderating effect for all four proposed factors in almost all TAM-related causal paths. The study also showed that TAM is the most common theory being applied in e-business adoption research.

Bisnis kuliner saat ini menjadi salah satu bisnis paling menjanjikan untuk di jalankan, prospek usaha ini akan terus cemerlang mengingat kuliner atau makanan merupakan kebutuhan pokok bagi semua manusia. Salah satu bisnis bidang kuliner yang bisa dijalankan adalah bisnis katering. Selain itu  dengan semakin berkembangnya teknologi dan pemanfaatan teknologi bisnis di media online merupakan opsi yang menguntungkan bagi usaha kecil dan menengah. bisnis online memiliki lahan pasar yang cukup besar, diperkirakan angka pengguna internet di Indonesia lebih dari 88 juta orang. Katering misalnya, bisnis penyedia makanan yang awalnya jarang melakukan promosi, sekarang banyak ditemukan iklan katering di social media instagram. Namun kenyataanya masih banyak usaha katering yang belum menggunakan teknologi sebagai usaha promo katering yang mumpuni. Ini dapat dilihat dari usaha katering yang dijalankan oleh posdaya mandiri bekasi. Bisnis katering ini masih menggunakan promo secara manual untuk mengenalkan usaha katering mereka. Alhasil usaha katering yang dijalankan oleh posdaya mandiri bekasi tidak berjalan dengan maksimal. Solusinya kami tawarkan untuk menjawab permasalah di atas yaitu meningkatkan pelatihan dan praktek Pengelolaan Bisnis Katering Manual Menjadi Bisnis Katering Online. Mitra bisa memanfaatkan media online sebagai tempat untuk promosi katering serta penyebaran informasi secara luas dan gratis. Selain itu Pengembangan Menu Katering. Pengembangan katering selain masakan katering biasa, dibuat katering khusus balita dengan mengusung “real food” bahan alami untuk dibuat makanan dengan kemasan yang bagus dan nilai gizi yang tinggi, Karena sasaran pasar ini banyak tetapi belum ada usaha seperti ini. The solution we offer to answer the above problems is to improve training and practice of Managing a Manual Catering Business into an Online Catering Business. Partners can use online media as a place to promote catering and disseminate information widely and free. Besides that, the Development of the Catering Menu. Catering development in addition to ordinary catering cuisine, catering specifically for toddlers is made by carrying "real food" natural ingredients to be made with good packaging and high nutritional value, because there are many target markets but there are no such businesses. Environmental disasters attributed to global warming, strong media pressures towards an ecologically sustainable consumption, give path to alternative forms of green and sustainable consumption, like the sharing economy, a rising pattern in consumption behavior, based on accessing and reusing products to utilize idle capacity. The sharing economy holds the potential to bring effectiveness toward widespread sustainable business practices.The research objective is to propose a sustainable business technology-based model using technology as mediator among the shared economy agents under the lens of Actor Network Theory (ANT). We have chosen, as a sample, BikePoa bicycle sharing system has 40 stations and more than 2,000 bikes, throughout the city of Porto Alegre, in Brazil. The research methodology followed Kozinets’s (2006) participant-observational netnography. It was done 23 personal interviews with users and 7 with employees’ provider, and later through Google Docs 251 questionaries’ were selected. Findings point for two different factors consumers’ inductors and providers ‘connection factors.
