A wireless ad hoc network is a decentralized kind of wireless network. It is a kind of temporary Computer-to-Computer connection. It is a spontaneous network which includes mobile ad-hoc network (MANET), vehicular ad-hoc network (VANET) and Flying ad-hoc network (FANET). Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) is a temporary network that can be dynamically formed to exchange information by wireless nodes or routers which may be mobile. A VANET is a sub form of MANET. It is an technology that uses vehicles as nodes in a network to make a mobile network. FANET is an ad-hoc network of flying nodes. They can fly independently or can be operated distantly. In this research paper Fuzzy based control approaches in wireless network detects & avoids congestion by developing the ad-hoc fuzzy rules as well as membership functions. In this concept, two parameters have been used as: a) Channel load b) The size of queue within intermediate nodes. These parameters constitute the input to Fuzzy logic controller. The output of Fuzzy logic control (sending rate) derives from the conjunction with Fuzzy Rules Base. The parameter used input channel load, queue length which are produce the sending rate output in fuzzy logic. This fuzzy value has been used to compare the MANET, FANET and VANET in terms of the parameters Throughput, packet loss ratio, end to end delay. The simulation results reveal that usage of Qual Net 6.1 simulator has reduced packet-loss in MANET with comparing of VANET and FANET.

Now a days telecommunication technology leads to a rapid growth of number of users, these number of users nothing but number of nodes in MANET.A wireless ad hoc network is a decentralized type of wireless network. The mobility of nodes effect on the performance of the network. Due to mobility of nodes the link breaks number of times which effect on the packet delivery. Therefore to analyze the performance, packet delivery fraction (PDF)can be used. This paper describe the packet delivery fraction of on demand routing protocol AODV and DSR on different terrain areas using GLOMOSIM.

Current advancements in cellular technologies and computing have provided the basis for the unparalleled exponential development of mobile networking and software availability and quality combined with multiple systems or network software. Using wireless technologies and mobile ad-hoc networks, such systems and technology interact and collect information. To achieve the Quality of Service (QoS) criteria, the growing concern in wireless network performance and the availability of mobile users would support a significant rise in wireless applications. Predicting the mobility of wireless users and systems performs an important role in the effective strategic decision making of wireless network bandwidth service providers. Furthermore, related to the defect-proneness, self-organization, and mobility aspect of such networks, new architecture problems occur. This paper proposes to predict and simulate the mobility of specific nodes on a mobile ad-hoc network, gradient boosting devices defined for the system will help. The proposed model not just to outperform previous mobility prediction models using simulated and real-world mobility instances, but provides better predictive accuracy by an enormous margin. The accuracy obtained helps the suggested mobility indicator in Mobile Adhoc Networks to increase the average level of performance.

Wireless network technically, refers to the category of network in which communication is carried out without using wires. In modern era wireless network has great importance because the communication is taking place with the use of radio waves. Thus, the use of ad-hoc network starts yielding a great importance in variety of applications. The certain research work is carried out in this particular field. MANET is a constructed from various mobility in the form of mobile nodes and anytime without any need of fixed infrastructure. MANET can be made on fly due to lack of fixed infrastructure. MANET is numerous threats types of attacks due to dynamic changing topologies and wireless medium. Security of the MANET becomes one of the challenging tasks. Black hole attacks is the main type of attack that are possible in MANET. Black hole node not forward any data packets to the neighbour node instead it drops all the data packets. Black hole attacks are bit hard to detect due to lack of centralized access. This research work concentrates to enhance the security of MANET by identifying and blocking black hole assaults from occurring. A reactive routing system such as Ad-Hoc on Demand Distance Vector has previously been used to address security problems in the MANET (AODV). Various attack types were investigated, and the consequences of these assaults were detailed by describing how MANET performance was disrupted. Network Simulator 3 (NS3) is used for the simulation process.
