A fuzzy optimization model based on improved symmetric tolerance approach is introduced, which allows for rescheduling high-speed railway timetable under unexpected interferences. The model nests different parameters of the soft constraints with uncertainty margin to describe their importance to the optimization purpose and treats the objective in the same manner. Thus a new optimal instrument is expected to achieve a new timetable subject to little slack of constraints. The section between Nanjing and Shanghai, which is the busiest, of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail line in China is used as the simulated measurement. The fuzzy optimization model provides an accurate approximation on train running time and headway time, and hence the results suggest that the number of seriously impacted trains and total delay time can be reduced significantly subject to little cost and risk.

Environmental vibration problem caused by rail transport is always a crucial problem for the development of rail transport harmoniously and favorably. Lots of legislations have formulated to constrain this problem in many countries, however, most of them are worked out based on the analysis results and measured data from only single rail line. With the further development of rail transportation in China, more and more engineering will cross the others inevitably, which will cause a more complicated problem with multi-vibration source. And obviously, the multi-vibration source problem is not the linear superposition of several single vibration source problems. Focusing on two being planned overlapping shield tunnels, the computation model is established and the environmental vibration is calculated and analyzed by considering the running mode and running number of subway train. Fitting analysis is conducted and empirical formulas for vibration attenuation and then, the vibration range is determined accordingly. The research results in the paper can provide guide for the pre-design of overlapping engineering and also can offer references for the completion of relative legislations.

The urban rail transit line operating in the express and local train mode can solve the problem of disequilibrium passenger flow and space and meet the rapid arrival demand of long-distance passengers. In this paper, the Logit model is used to analyze the behavior of passengers choosing trains by considering the sensitivity of travel time and travel distance. Then, based on the composition of passenger travel time, an integer programming model for train stop scheme, aimed at minimizing the total passenger travel time, is proposed. Finally, combined with a certain regional rail line in Shenzhen, the plan is solved by genetic algorithm and evaluated through the time benefit, carrying capacity, and energy consumption efficiency. The simulation result shows that although the capacity is reduced by 6 trains, the optimized travel time per person is 10.34 min, and the energy consumption is saved by about 16%, which proves that the proposed model is efficient and feasible.

Kata Kunci: Light Rail Transit (LRT), kelandaian, lengkung horizontalABSTRACTLight Rail Transit (LRT) now become one of transportation means to fullfil the need of transportation in one of regions which is having high population. In Bandung Raya region, there were plans of LRT line which is arranged by Dinas Perhubungan West Java Province which consist of eight coridors. This research has done the technical evaluation for planning the LRT especially on corridor-1 (Leuwi Panjang- Jatinangor) and corridor-4 (Leuwi Panjang-Babakan Siliwangi). The aim of this reasearch is to evaluate the appropriateness levels with the rules and regulations of train technical lines, especially on the aspec of geometric including slope and horizontal curve. The evaluation is done by doing geometric analysis in the plan of LRT line with rules and regulations of train technical line toward five classes of rail line. Based on the result of analysis, it can be revealed that corridor-1 has been fullfil the rules and regulations of slope and horizontal curve for every classes, while corridor-4 do not fullfil the rules and regulations yet. Keywords: Light Rail Transit (LRT), slope, horizontal curve
