Tibetan architecture wrote immortal chapter in the world the Chinese architectural history, Potala Palace was listed in the world cultural heritage list. Tibetan Architecture in the history of World Architecture and wrote the immortal chapter, Potala Palace was inscribed on the world heritage list. Potala Palace's annual tourist capacity is also facing enormous increment, the protection of cultural relics and open utilization in the continuous emergence of new problems and contradictions. This paper studies the use of virtual reality technology and 3D animation technology in virtual roaming system of Potala Palace.

This study designed a teaching system based on the animation model, which focuses on VR virtual reality technology and incorporates the improved computer animation modeling technique. The whole system is composed of three main parts, including the front-end animation model, the rear-end background model and the dynamic audio model. In particular, the use of the simplified animation technology makes it easy to operate the system. On this basis, this study followed the idea of comparing experimental teaching to test the results of applying this system in the experimental class and the control class in the course of 3D animation production. The results confirmed that the system has a positive effect in enhancing students’ interest in learning, practical ability, maturity of space cognition and so on.

Minangkabau traditional martial arts digitization app is an android game-shaped application created to display minangkabau silat using 3-Dimensional (3D) animation technology. This app will convert materials and illustrations into 3D animated shapes that can be played using the android app so that it will attract users to more easily understand and understand about minangkabau silat. The data that is made as a necessity for application is obtained from literature studies and field studies by using interview techniques with silat officials in Padang city. For the creation of this game application using virtual reality technology and the tools used are 3 Dimensional blender and Unity Game Engine.

This paper will look at the use of innovative and advanced technology teaching methods to support the goal of learning enhancement by using established teaching concepts. The primary aim is to explore the potential for using leading-edge virtual reality technology to help students learn and understand various concepts. The utility of the technology was examined by studying the latest 3D programming tools. Additionally, there were several styles of animation used. The results showed that Virtual Reality technologies can play a role in education and learning when supported by established learning and teaching concepts.
