The widespread use of artificial intelligence in the field of design teaching has become a development trend, and for the art design profession, we should conform to and actively adapt to this development trend, change the original teaching mode, innovate their own teaching methods, constantly enrich the teaching methods, so as to improve the quality of teaching, and constantly cultivate high-quality art design talents in the new era. For the subject students, they grow up under the Internet. They are more affectionate to many new technologies, and the traditional teaching methods have some problems to meet their learning needs, so it is very necessary to introduce artificial intelligence in teaching. In this paper, we will discuss the optimization of the curriculum system of art design in higher education institutions in the context of artificial intelligence. The purpose of guiding the innovation of environmental art design thinking is to stimulate students’ learning ability and innovation ability and learn to use design ideas in practice. Integrating design thinking with artificial intelligence gets four innovative ways of culture, form, function, and emotion in terms of innovation at the design thinking level; in terms of thinking innovation guidance, it gets the guidance of role transformation and model practice, integrating artificial intelligence with environmental art design thinking, designing interactive spaces more in line with the times, and promoting the harmonious development of human and nature.

Environmental art mainly uses the collocation of color and spatial structure for landscape layout. Different environmental styles have different artistic characteristics. In order to better design the environmental space, this paper puts forward the intelligent analysis method of artistic environmental construction style based on artificial intelligence technology. By analyzing the environment into characteristics and the environmental style into process, the direction of environmental art design is innovated while the environmental design is carried out reasonably.

Relevance occur in various forms and across various disciplines. More often, it is a property of applicability. Changes in information, conduct, context, processes are occurring at a fast pace compared to time past which begs the question if engineering education is relevant and applicable to proffer solution that suits these changes. This research therefore seeks to conceptualize design thinking as the answer to the question of relevance in engineering education in Africa. Findings from the study revealed that the question of relevance is somewhat puzzling and none has been able to give an in-depth exegesis of the concept. The design thinking concept is a complex cognitive process and in engineering parlance, it is a systematic, intelligent process which is used by designers to generate, evaluate and delineate concepts which will be applicable for devices, systems and processes whose form and function must be to satisfy users objectives or needs while satisfying specific constraints. The study recommended that effort be intensified on engineering education to ensure relevance and proffer solution to socioeconomic disorders in Africa.

Artificial intelligence (AI), like many revolutionary technologies in human history, will have a profound impact on societies. From this viewpoint, we analyze the combined effects of AI to raise important questions about the future form and function of cities. Combining knowledge from computer science, urban planning, and economics while reflecting on academic and business perspectives, we propose that the future of cities is far from being a determined one and cities may evolve into ghost towns if the deployment of AI is not carefully controlled. This viewpoint presents a fundamentally different argument, because it expresses a real concern over the future of cities in contrast to the many publications who exclusively assume city populations will increase predicated on the neoliberal urban growth paradigm that has for centuries attracted humans to cities in search of work.

Combined with the development requirements of current environmental art mining system, the design method of environmental art design element mining system based on deep learning is optimized, and the hardware configuration of environmental art design element mining system is introduced. Combined with the principle of deep learning, the system software operation algorithm and function are improved, so as to improve the effect of environmental art design element mining, Ensure the operation effect of the system to the greatest extent. Finally, the experiment proves that the environment art design element mining system based on deep learning has high effectiveness in the practical application process, which can better guide the design of environment art and fully meet the research requirements.
