Zusammenfassung.Hintergrund: Die Häufigkeit pflegewissenschaftlicher Beiträge aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum in Zeitschriften mit hohem Impact Factor gibt Hinweise auf die Teilhabe der Disziplin am internationalen Diskurs. Bisherige Analysen beschränken sich auf pflegewissenschaftliche Zeitschriften. Diese konstatieren eine Unterrepräsentanz experimenteller Studien und klinischer Themen. Ziel: Identifikation und Analyse der Publikationen von im deutschsprachigen Raum ansässigen Pflegewissenschaftlerinnen/Pflegewissenschaftlern in internationalen pflegerelevanten High Impact Journals. Methode: Mittels Journal Citation Reports wurden pflegerelevante Zeitschriftenkategorien identifiziert, in denen die nach dem 5-Jahres-Impact-Factor höchsten 10 % der Zeitschriften der Jahre 2010 bis 2014 ausgewählt wurden. Der Einschluss der Publikationen und die Datenextraktion erfolgten durch zwei unabhängige Personen. Ergebnisse: Durchsucht wurden 106939 Publikationen aus 126 Zeitschriften. Eingeschlossen wurden 100 Publikationen, an denen 114 Pflegewissenschaftler/-innen aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum insgesamt 229 Mal beteiligt sind. Insgesamt 42 % sind Beobachtungsstudien, 11 % sind experimentelle Studien. Die berichteten Themen sind mehrheitlich klinisch orientiert (55 %). Über 50 % sind in den letzten zwei Jahren publiziert worden. Schlussfolgerungen: Das pflegewissenschaftliche Publikationsaufkommen aus dem deutschsprachigen Raum in High Impact Journals ist gering. Eine Zunahme über den Beobachtungszeitraum ist zu verzeichnen. Im Gegensatz zu früheren Analysen zeigt sich ein höherer Anteil klinischer Forschung.

Resumen Objetivo Caracterizar el panorama de la educación en investigación en urología mediante un análisis bibliométrico. Métodos Realizamos un análisis bibliométrico, utilizando artículos publicados entre 1955- 2019, sin restricción en el idioma. Se utilizaron las herramientass estadísticass PubMed, FABUMED y PubReminer para la obtención de la información de las variables y realización del análisis bibliométrico. Analisis de mapeo utilizando el software: VOSviewer,. Para la obtención del factor de impacto (FI), se utilizó el Journal Citation Reports 2017/2018. Resultados Desde 1955 hasta 2019 se publicaron 718 referencias en 245 revistas. A partir del 2000 encontramos un aumento significativo en el número de publicaciones con un punto de corte en el año 2009. Las revistas con mayores publicaciones fueron: J Urol (8.6%), BJU Int (6.8%) y Urology (6.5%). De las 20 revistas con mayor número de publicaciones, sólo desolo 5 un FI mayor a 3. Los paises con mayor publicacion fueron: Estados Unidos (23,6%), Reino Unido (20,2%). El país de América Latina con mayor publicacion fué Brasil (0,8%). Conclusiones El estado de la educación en investigación en urología demuestra un crecimiento en la producción científica , con una baja contribución por parte de los países latinoamericanos. Para poder desarrollar una creación intelectual de calidad se deberá invertir tiempo y recursos en un adecuado entrenamiento en investigación en los programas de formación en urología.

El envejecimiento se asocia con un deterioro del sistema inmunológico, un estado inflamatoriocrónico de bajo grado y una serie de alteraciones metabólicas que desencadenan enfermedades como la sarcopenia, conduciendo progresivamente al deterioro de la capacidad funcional que impacta negativamente en la calidad de vida y el bienestar emocional. Dichas alteraciones se asocian, a su vez, con el incremento de enfermedades crónicas, riesgo de hospitalización, costos de la atención sanitaria, morbilidad y muerte para esta vulnerable población. En este sentido, se ha sugerido que el ejercicio físico supervisado puede contrarrestar los efectos negativos delenvejecimiento al reducir la inflamación y las alteraciones metabólicas, provocando así unproceso de envejecimiento saludable y mejorando la calidad de vida de estos pacientes. Sin embargo, no está claro qué efecto tienen las intervenciones con ejercicios sobre dichas variables en pacientes muy ancianos durante la hospitalización aguda. En esta Tesis Doctoral, presentamos los resultados de dos estudios: una revisión sistemática y un estudio clínico que examina el impacto de las intervenciones con programas de ejercicio físico multicomponente en la mejora den los resultados metabólicos e inflamatorios, previniendo así el deterioro funcional y mejorando el estado cognitivo y la calidad de vida en pacientes adultos mayores durante la hospitalización aguda, en reconocidas revistas científicas internacionales indexadas JCR reconocidas en la Web of Science - Journal Citation Reports.

"Background: Scientific paper authorship represents an important form of academic attainment for research professionals and brings specific benefits (e.g., contribution science, recognizing the author’s intellectual efforts). Authors certify their work’s integrity by accepting the responsability of the published content. The principal two important unethical authorship is honorary authors (the criteria of authorship not met) and ghost authors (contributed substantially but not listed as an author). Aim: The current study has two-fold aim: to determine the prevalence of authorship violations in the biomedical journals according to the Web of Science classification and to evaluate its variation by article type (e.g., research, review, or editorial) and presence/absence authors contributions requirements. Materials and Methods: The following steps will be apply: 1) Identification of journal categories of interest – data source: Journal Citation Reports 2020 (JCR2020); 2) Identification of the eligible journal – JCR2020 by selection of journals weighted according to the number of jorunals in a specific category. The selection will be stratified by the Rank by Journal Citation Indicator (JCI); 3) Collection of characteristics of the included journals regarding the year 2020: total number of articles, number of articles and references, number of reviews and associated references; JCI percentile, open access policy and publication fee if applicable; 4) Random selection (simple random method) of authors who published in 2020. The selection will be done weighted according to the number of manuscripts published in 2020; 5) Development and validation of the questionnaire; 6) Invitation of the corresponding author to participate in the study; 7) Online anonymously data collection. The study protocol will be deposited in an international database. "

The impact factor is a measure of the frequency with which the “average article” in a journal has been cited in a particular year or period (Journal Citation Reports; http://jcr.isihost.com). Specifically, it is the ratio of the number of articles from the journal cited over a given time period to the number of articles published by that journal during the same period. It is an objective measure of the journal’s importance, especially when compared to others in the same field. The purpose of the present study was to compare the impact factor of APAQ to 11 other journals in sport science, special education, and rehabilitation. The impact factor of APAQ compares quite favorably to most other journals in sport science, special education, and rehabilitation. However, it is strikingly different in 1998 and 1999, and therefore scholars should monitor it closely in the next few years while remembering it is only one estimate of journal prestige.

TJC’ye katkıda bulunan yazarların kurumları nelerdir? TJC’de yayınlanan makaleler Bradford, Lotka, Price Yasası ve 80/20 Kuralı’na uymakta mıdır? TJC’de yazarların atıf yaptıkları kaynak türleri nelerdir? En sık atıf yapılan dergiler hangileridir? Yapılan atıflar gözönüne alıdığında Kimya alanındaki çekirdek dergiler hangileridir? TJC’de yayınlanan makalelerin aldıkları ortalama atıf sayısı nedir ve atıflarda yıllara göre bir artış söz konusu mudur? Journal Citation Reports (JCR)’da ve SCI’de TJC’nin yeri nedir? El objetivo de este trabajo es hacer una selección de las publicaciones periódicas básicas que una biblioteca especializada debe contener, en este caso en el área de Biomedicina. La metodología empleada es aplicable a publicaciones periódicas de cualquier campo temático y consistió en el acceso, consulta, comparación y análisis de las distintas bases de datos especializadas, tanto en soporte CD-ROM, como impreso o magnético. Se extrajo una lista de títulos indizados por estas bases de datos y se procedió a la comparación, confrontación y análisis de los títulos obtenidos. La selección de revistas obtenida se comparó con la del Journal Citation Reports para analizar en qué medida se aproximan ambos listados.
