Challenges and Attitude towards Research among Physicians of Bangladesh: A Cross Sectional Questionnaire Survey.

In the history of human civilization, research has played a significant role. There is no doubt that meeting the challenges of the 21st century will be tough if we are not world leaders in science and technology. The objective of this study was to assess physicians' attitude about research and the challenges they confront when doing research. From July to December 2020, a cross-sectional questionnaire survey was performed among physicians in Bangladesh. The questionnaire poll had 626 responses in total. There were 55.6 % female physicians and 44.4% male physicians among them. The majority of physicians (87.6%) felt that conducting research is critical to become a specialist. Research methodology training at the medical colleges are extremely beneficial, according to a substantial percentage of physicians (72.2%). Research methodology should be included in undergraduate curriculum, according to 89% of physicians. Research is beneficial as it aids critical thinking and policy implementation, according to almost all respondents (96.7%). The majority of respondents cited insufficient research training (92%), insufficient funding (92.2%), insufficient time (61%), insufficient familiarity with statistical analysis (88%), insufficient skill to design and conduct a research project and write a scientific paper (90%), as barriers to research. Priority on teaching and clinical practices over research and lack of interest to do research also mentioned by 93.3% and 61% responded respectively. Consequently, this study identified challenges and attitude of physicians towards research. This finding will guide for further studies to find out effective interventions to address the obstacles raised by research participants. Writing and publishing a scientific paper

This text is designed to give the reader a helping hand in writing a scientific paper. It provides generic advice on ways that a scientific paper can be improved. The focus is on the following ethical and non-technical issues: (1) when to start writing, and in what language; (2) how to choose a good title; (3) what should be included in the various sections (abstract, introduction, experimental, results, discussion, conclusions, and supporting information (supplementary material); (4) who should be considered as a co-author, and who should be acknowledged for help; (5) which journal should be chosen; and (6) how to respond to reviewers’ comments. Social insurance is the mainstay of the social security policy associated with employee. The right to have social insurance is the basic and specific right associated with female worker. This group right includes the right to enjoy the sickness benefit, maternity benefit, Work Injury and Occupational Disease Benefit, Old-age Benefit, Survivor’s Benefit, Medical Benefit (Health Insurance). The state has promulgated the Labor Code, the Law on Social Insurance and other legal documents to create an implementation guide in oder to build an effective legal corridor to protect the rights of female employee tin enjoying social insurance. However in reality, the right to enjoy social insurance of female employee is violated, and there is a gap between legal provisions and practical applications. This scientific paper evaluates the current status of legal provisions on the right to enjoy social insurance of female employees and the practical application of the law. From there, this paper proposes some solutions to improve the law on the right to enjoy social insurance of female employees.

Anxiety level on the implementation of the student's essay at Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University

In Indonesia, thesis is a scientific paper written by prospective undergraduates as a requirement to obtain a bachelor's degree in an undergraduate study program which of course in the process often experiences anxiety which will affect the performance of students on campus, especially students of the Faculty of Medicine. This study aims to determine the level of anxiety in the implementation of student essay at the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University. This research is a descriptive research with survey method. The number of samples is 170 respondents and sampling method using random sampling technique. The results of the study showed the prevalence of anxiety levels in students of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University class 2017 in the mild category as many as 135 people (79.4%), the moderate category as many as 31 people (18.2%) and the high category as many as 4 people (2.4%). For each study program, the level of anxiety experienced is relatively the same, the highest category in the mild category, then followed by the moderate category and the last with the smallest number, namely the high category.

MEWUJUDKAN PUSTAKAWAN KEMENTERIAN KESEHATAN YANG KOMPETEN DAN PROFESIONAL MELALUI PEMILIHAN PUSTAKAWAN INOVATIF TERBAIK

The Ministry of Health Library is a builder library for libraries and librarians within the Ministry of Health spread throughout Indonesia. The success of the library is largely determined by the role of the librarian. Because the librarian is a profession that has a major contribution in realizing the noble ideals of the Indonesian nation in the intellectual life of the nation. Based on this, the Ministry of Health Library held a Selection of the Best Innovative Librarian. The method used in writing this scientific paper is best practice. Best Practice is an idea or new steps that make an outstanding, sustainable and innovative contribution in improving the process development and quality of education. Best Practice needs to be disseminated to others with various strategies in various places repeatedly so that it can be imitated and adopted by others. The selection of the Best Innovative Librarian was carried out in several stages. Starting from making the TOR for activities, entering activity items into the RKAKL, determining the theme of the activity, making guidelines, compiling a Committee Decree. The Best Innovative Librarian Assessment is done by looking at the completeness of documents, innovation papers and presentations. The one who gets the best score from the jury will be designated as the Best Innovative Librarian within the Ministry of Health. The Best Innovative Librarian 1 to 3 and expectations 1 to 3. The Best Innovative Librarian received awards and prizes at the Publication and Public Service Award Night of the Ministry of Health which was attended by the Minister of Health, Menpan-RB and the Head of the National Library. Librarians are the main key to the sustainability and success of a library. The selection of the Best Innovative Librarian was held as a form of appreciation and appreciation for librarians within the Ministry of Health. It is hoped that this activity can motivate librarians in the Ministry of Health to continue to work, innovate, perform and excel and have competitiveness with other professions. Diawali dari pembuatan TOR kegiatan, memasukkan butir kegiatan kedalam RKAKL, menentukan tema kegiatan, membuat pedoman, menyusun SK Kepanitiaan. Penilaian Pustakawan Inovatif Terbaik dilakukan dengan cara melihat kelengkapan dokumen, makalah inovasi dan presentasi. Yang mendapat nilai terbaik dari dewan juri akan ditetapkan sebagai Pustakawan Inovatif Terbaik di lingkungan Kementerian Kesehatan. Terpilih Pustakawan Inovatif Terbaik 1 sd 3 dan harapan 1 s/d 3. Pustakawan Inovatif Terbaik mendapatkan penghargaan dan hadiah di Malam Penghargaan Publikasi dan Pelayanan Publik Kementerian Kesehatan yang dihadiri oleh Menkes, Menpan-RB dan Kepala Perpusnas. Pustakawan menjadi kunci utama keberlangsungan dan keberhasilan sebuah perpustakaan. Pemilihan Pustakawan Inovatif Terbaik dilaksanakan sebagai suatu bentuk apresiasi dan penghargaan kepada pustakawan di lingkungan Kementerian Kesehatan. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan ini dapat memotivasi pustakawan di lingkungan Kementerian Kesehatan untuk terus berkarya, berinovasi, berkinerja dan berprestasi serta memiliki daya saing dengan profesi lainnya.

The Important Role of Member Satisfaction in Building Loyalty of Fitness Members during Covid-19 Pandemic

This scientific paper provides an overview of the weaknesses of fitness centers in building member satisfaction in increasing member loyalty. The basis of this scientific article arises from the desire of researchers to measure the level of satisfaction felt by fitness members to build the loyalty of all members. The essence of the research idea is as a form of important ideas conveyed to build a positive level of satisfaction of fitness members through quality service to build the loyalty of members who are increasingly loyal to the center fitness. The sample in this study used all data on the number of center members’ fitness. Referring to the research objectives following the right tools using the Structural Equation Model PLS-based (SEM) with the right measuring scale in previous studies using a quantitative approach. Service quality cannot build member loyalty independently. Good service quality can build member loyalty through the mediation of member satisfaction. The results of this study can contribute to building high member loyalty along with building member satisfaction as a mediation of the level of service quality perceived by members.

Evaluation of the Effect of the Difference between the Real Attachment Unit and the Sealing in the Study of the Stress-Strain State of the Solar Panel of a Small Spacecraft as a Result of a Temperature Shock

The author of this scientific paper studies the stress-strain state of the solar panel of a small spacecraft after a temperature shock. The temperature shock is caused by the entry or exit of a small spacecraft into or out the Earth's shadow. In this work is considered a one-dimensional model of thermal conductivity. It is assumed that the solar radiation flux falls properly on the solar panel. Violation of normality due to deformations is neglected. A special feature of this work is to take into account the actual fixing of the solar panel. The boundary conditions in the form of a seal are preserved. However, the mobility of the smallest spacecraft is taken into account as a result of the occurrence of a longitudinal force in the solar panel during a temperature shock. The results are compared with the simulation data without taking into account the mobility of the small spacecraft. The results of this work can be used in the design of small spacecraft for technological purposes to meet the requirements for microaccelerations.

«Green» Economy and «Green» Investments in Russia

The authors of this scientific paper examine the current situation in the Russian Federation associated with the pollution of water and the atmospheric resources, with the problem of production and consumption waste accumulation, and draw their attention to the imperfection of statistical information, which does not allow for an objective assessment of the environmental situation. The quality of natural resources is not improving despite the statistical decrease in emissions and discharges of pollutants. They concluded an inconsistency of the economic development in the Russian Federation with the principles of sustainability and the “green” economy. It is necessary to intensify investment activities to protect the natural environment, in order to change the situation. At present, the share of the environmental investments in all national economic capital investments is negligible - less than 1%. The sluggish dynamic of investment processes led to insufficient commissioning of the main environmental funds. Recently, the situation has worsened in connection with the sequestration of the national project “Ecology” due to the pandemic problems. The article is devoted to the analyses of the “green” investment processes in Russia. The author’s definition of “green” investment is given.

Evaluation of the mechanical resistance of rheophores of the means of initiation for explosive’s materials, on the basis of the resistance to abrasion determined with the OPVA 10 specialized equipment

The scientific paper presents the synthesis of research results undertaken to develop the technical and methodological infrastructure for assessing the safety of means of initiating explosives, on the abrasion resistance of rheophores of electric detonators, in order to increase the safety of their use. The state-of-the-art OPVA 10 equipment is used to test the ability of rheophores insulation to withstand the abrasion forces that may occur during normal use. This equipment with a programmable automatic ensures the testing of the rheophores of the electric detonating staples to determine the abrasion resistance under the operating conditions provided by the harmonized European standard EN 13763-4 and the technical specification of the manufacturer, the operating temperature of this equipment being between 10 ÷ 30 °C ensuring at the highest level the fulfillment of the technical requirements imposed by the European and international regulations in the field.
