Condition for synthesis of propargylamines has been found in highly efficient as a one-pot multi-component protocol. Copper(I) iodide (30% mol) under solvent free condition gave propargylamine in good yields. Structures of propargylamines were elucidated with NMR, MS methods.

Silica supported poly-phosphoric acid (PPA-SiO2) has been utilized as an efficient and an environmentally friendly heterogeneous, reusable catalyst for the synthesis of bis(indolyl)methanes under solvent free condition. The significances of this protocol are mild reaction condition, excellent yield and simple work up procedure.
