The pitching axis is the main axis of a satellite camera and is used to control the pitch posture of satellite cameras. A control strategy based on extended state observer (ESO) is designed to obtain a fast response speed and highly accurate pitching axis control system and eliminate disturbances during the adjustment of pitch posture. First, a sufficient condition of stabilization for ESO is obtained by analyzing the steady-state error of the system under step input. Parameter tuning and disturbance compensation are performed by ESO. Second, the ESO of speed loop is designed by the speed equation of the pitching axis of satellite cameras. The ESO parameters are obtained by pole assignment. By ESO, the original state variable observes the motor angular speed and the extended state variable observes the load torque. Therefore, the external load disturbances of the control system are estimated in real time. Finally, simulation experiments are performed for the system on the cases of nonload starting, adding external disturbances on the system suddenly, and the load of system changing suddenly. Simulation results show that the control strategy based on ESO has better stability, adaptability, and robustness than the PI control strategy.

Fractional PID controller is a convenient fractional structure that has been used to solve many problems in automatic control. The fractional scale proportional-integral-differential controller is a generalization of the integer order PID controller in the complex domain. By introducing two adjustable parameters  and , the controller parameter tuning range becomes larger, but the parameter design becomes more complex. This paper presents a new method for the design of fractional PID controllers. Specifically, the parameters of a fractional PID controller are optimized by a particle swarm optimization algorithm. Our simulation results on cold rolling APC system show that the designed controller can achieve control accuracy higher than that of a traditional PID controller.

Based on the closed-loop particle swarm feedback model, this paper proposes a graphical method to analyze the stability of the computer network dynamic balance system. First, based on the second-order time delay system model of congestion control, the stability of the system is described by characteristic pseudopolynomials. Secondly, based on the inverse line, the stability of the system is verified by graphical analysis methods, and the PID controller parameter range that guarantees the stability of the system is obtained, and the relationship between the controller proportional gain boundary and the network characteristic parameters is analyzed. Then, based on the analysis of the basic particle swarm optimization algorithm, the particle swarm evolution formula is divided into two parts, its own factors and social factors, and the influence of each part on the evolution speed and position of the particle swarm is analyzed, and an improved particle swarm is proposed. Finally, according to the above analysis, we find the corresponding equation from the appropriate solution in turn, thereby designing a class of particle swarm optimization algorithm with fewer intermediate variables. In view of the system involved in the classical PID control parameter tuning method, the improved particle swarm algorithm is applied to the parameter tuning and optimization of the PID controller. During the experiment, the improved PSO-PID controller optimization algorithm was used in the random early detection algorithm of active queue management, the process of the improved algorithm was researched and designed, and the relevant performance of the improved algorithm was verified through simulation experiments.
