In this note, by using O. Hadzic's generalization of a fixed point theorem of Himmelberg, we prove a non - cooperative equilibrium existence theorem in non - compact settings and a generalization of an existence theorem for non - compact infinite optimization problems, all in not necessarily locally convex spaces.

In this paper, it will be studied stability for a SEIR epidemic model with infectious force in latent, infected and immune period with incidence rate. From the model it will be found investigated the existence and uniqueness solution  of points its equilibrium. Existence solution of points equilibrium proved by show its differential equations system of equilibrium continue, and uniqueness solution of points equilibrium proved by show its differential equation system of equilibrium differentiable continue.

This article looks at the known foundational results on spatial models of elections. The issues of equilibrium existence, the characterization of equilibria (in terms of their social welfare properties), and the distance between equilibrium policy and positions of the candidates are examined. It then discusses the results of the case where candidates are able to give precise predictions of voters' behaviour precisely; the article also introduces the ‘Downsian model’. The article looks at two models of probabilistic voting, before finally moving on to consider the most common objective functions that are used to model the electoral incentives of different types of candidates.

A new minimax inequality is first proved. As a consequence, five equivalent fixed point theorems are formulated. Next a theorem concerning the existence of maximal elements for an Lc-majorised correspondence is obtained. By the maximal element theorem, existence theorems of equilibrium points for a non-compact one-person game and for a non-compact qualitative game with Lc-majorised correspondences are given. Using the latter result and employing an “approximation” technique used by Tulcea, we deduce equilibrium existence theorems for a non-compact generalised game with LC correspondences in topological vector spaces and in locally convex topological vector spaces. Our results generalise the corresponding results due to Border, Borglin-Keiding, Chang, Ding-Kim-Tan, Ding-Tan, Shafer-Sonnenschein, Shih-Tan, Toussaint, Tulcea and Yannelis-Prabhakar.
