Urethral diverticulum is a condition where the urethra or the periurethral glands push into the connective tissue layers that surround it. Patients of urethral diverticulum present with nonspecific symptoms such as incontinence, urinary frequency and urgency, and pain during sexual intercourse and urination. The incidence of this condition is low. We report a case of giant anterior urethra stones combined with a diverticulum with no lower urinary tract symptoms. We believe that this case is extremely rare, and the process of diagnosis and treatment is of great significance in clinical practice.

Abstract Megalourethra is a diffuse dilatation of the anterior urethra due to lack of corpus spongiosum with or without corpora cavernosa; it usually presents as a dilatation of that part of the urethra. The absence of these structures causes a ballooning of the urethra despite there being no mechanical obstruction. A 7-year-old boy presented with the complaints of weak stream, ballooning of the penis before and during voiding urine and post voiding dribbling. After examination and micturating urethrogram, he was diagnosed as having megalourethra, which was then corrected using reduction urethroplasty. These days megalourethra is diagnosed with prenatal ultrasonogram. This was a case of isolated delayed presentation of megalourethra without any associated anomaly.

Endometrial epithelial metaplasia is described as transition of the normal endometrial epithelial cells by benign complex proliferation of cells. These metaplastic changes have been frequently reported as associated changes in endometrial hyperplasia and adenocarcinoma more than non-neoplastic samples and are also known to appear atypical occasionally, and hence can be a diagnostic challenge. Eosinophilic cell change is one of the most frequently encountered endometrial metaplasias. Eosinophilic syncytial change is a form of eosinophilic endometrial metaplasia, and is known to mimic endometrial serous carcinoma, again posing a diagnostic challenge. In this article, we have presented a case of endometrial eosinophilic metaplasia in a 47-year-old patient along with a brief discussion on immunohistochemical characteristics of eosinophilic syncytial change that could help pathologists to differentiate them from malignancies in challenging scenarios.

Traumatic female urethral avulsion in the absence of a pelvic fracture is an exceedingly rare entity. We report a case of 26 years old lady with crescentic tear of anterior urethra from pubic symphysis. Management consisted of primary urethral repair.
