Selection of material supplier is important to international construction project management, and can bring impacts on the project's quality, schedule and cost. Considering the features of international construction projects, we built a selection decision-making evaluation index system. Triangular fuzzy AHP (Analysis of Hierarchy Process) method was used to calculate the weights of evaluation index. Using the medium value of triangular fuzzy number, a simple and convenient method was developed to test the consistency of judgment matrix. Base on calculating the weights of evaluation index, a fuzzy matter-element model was proposed to calculate the comprehensive evaluation values. Taking the selection of cement suppliers of the Congo (Brazzaville) National Road One Second Project as an example, the Euclid closeness of alternative suppliers was calculated to determine the ranking order of alternatives.

The site selection of China inland nuclear power station is key issue in its early preparations, and there are many issues which affect it. However, now the study of the site selection of inland nuclear power station limits to the discussion on its influence factors, and the lack of scientific evaluation method to evaluate the reasonableness of the site selection. This article firstly uses analytical hierarchy process to establish index system for inland nuclear station location; secondly establishes the evaluation model based on the grey comprehensive evaluation method; and finally applies the model to one location of a nuclear power station for instance, which confirm the feasibility of the model. The grey comprehensive evaluation of this article can provide scientific and effective evaluation method for the site selection of inland nuclear power station.

Refitting sites selection of ocean trawler in wartime, is affected by a variety of technical factors and other factors such as organization, planning, management, and so on. The index system is given by detailed analysis of the influence factors. A fuzzy matter-element model is built up in view of the fuzziness and incompatibility of the indexes, combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis, with quantifying the qualitative indexes by linguistic variables and fuzzy numbers. The information entropy theory is used to calculate the value of index weights, to reduce the subjective randomness. The multi-objective selection problem is transformed into the single-object decision by Euclid approach degree. The example shows that the method is very practical and the result is objective.
