Nitrogen doped graphene with good catalytic activity to oxygen reduction is prepared via the co-precipitation of graphene oxide and melamine in the presence of inorganic acids and a subsequent pyrolysis process, endowing the fabricated Zn–air battery with high power density and good stability.
