In national environment of energy conservation and emission reduction and green building in China, the development of green building has been gradually promoted in Henan Province. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the green building had developed for several decades in Henan Province, and the application of its technology is developing from a diversified perspective. From the analysis of the current development status, although the energy efficiency level of green building has increased by 20% compared with the 12th Five-Year Plan period, green buildings develop in varying degrees in various cities in Henan province. Due to the high cost of green building, the green building policy is not thoroughly implemented in the whole process. It is urgent to improve the current industrial structures in such a state, change the traditional architectural structures, transform and upgrade the construction industry.

This chapter describes the advanced technologies of energy and water saving on the Uzbekistan largest pumping stations of Karshi Main Canal. The unique Karshi pumping stations stage consumes more than 4% of the total electricity generated in Uzbekistan. Such a significant consumption of electricity by irrigative pumping stations, gives the problem of energy conservation to them a status of special importance and relevance. Advanced technologies of energy saving and non-cavitation work are scientifically substantiated and developed. The results of carried out field tests are described. The scientific results of the research are recommended to allow efficient use of water and energy resources and to ensure reliable operation of the power equipment of pumping stations in the rural branches of economy.

The goal of the concept of environmental protection and energy conservation is to promote the development of resource economy. In the process of my country's economic development, the ecological environment has been destroyed and the resource situation is not optimistic. Implementing the concept of environmental protection and energy conservation in the design of building water supply and drainage can increase resource utilization, weaken the damage to the environment by project construction, reduce project costs, and alleviate the current situation of resource shortage in my country. Combining this situation, this article focuses on analyzing the importance of the application of energy-saving and water-saving technologies in the construction of building water supply and drainage and the specific application of energy-saving and water-saving technologies.

During the reconstruction design of exterior public space in Chaogewenduer Gacha, this study tried to do some applications of energy saving technolog, such as the space scales reconstitution, use of water saving measures and methane tanks, then put forward suggestions for the next building energy conservation design, such as use of passive solar houses and cow-dungs fuel, reuse of the yurts and so on. All of these proposed the sustainable living patterns for ecological immigrant settlements.
