In view of the continuous increase in the amount of AIS data at sea and the existence of more abnormal points, it is difficult to construct ship trajectories based on AIS data. Aiming at this problem, a new method for identifying and repairing abnormal points in trajectories only based the AIS data of the ship itself is proposed. Longitude and latitude, speed, acceleration, direction and other parameters are comprehensively used to identify and repair the abnormal points in the method proposed. Compared with the methods based on single location data, it can effectively reduce the missed judgement of outliers. Compared with the methods based on trajectories clustering to judge singular point, this method does not require the data of historical trajectories to expand the application scope. The cubic spline method is used to interpolate points for the discontinuous segments to further improve the continuity and integrity of the ship trajectory. The results of AIS data processing and analysis on ships in actual sea areas verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Power estimation is a very prominent aspect in micro controllers which aims to to be more efficient in terms of power. A new method of estimation of power based on the execution of instruction in AURIX, which is an automotive micro- controller is proposed. The main aim of this method is to estimate the power in perspective of program(software) or instruction level which is constantly processed in microprocessor which is more accurate when compared with the previous methodologies. The estimation is done based on some set of instructions which is used in AURIX for Data transfer/storing in to memories, Data processing and Data Execution for various application. Most of the previous methodologies are all not accurate due to the abstraction levels.

AbstractThe variability in population size is a key quantity for understanding the evolutionary history of a species. We present a new method, CubSFS, for estimating the changes in population size of a panmictic population from the site frequency spectrum. First, we provide a straightforward proof for the expression of the expected site frequency spectrum depending only on the population size. Our derivation is based on an eigenvalue decomposition of the instantaneous coalescent rate matrix. Second, we solve the inverse problem of determining the variability in population size from an observed SFS. Our solution is based on a cubic spline for the population size. The cubic spline is determined by minimizing the weighted average of two terms, namely (i) the goodness of fit to the SFS, and (ii) a penalty term based on the smoothness of the changes. The weight is determined by cross-validation. The new method is validated on simulated demographic histories and applied on data from nine different human populations.

The processing flow of data clouds is analyzed concretely. Based on software Geomagic Studio and Imageware, a new method of data processing for point clouds is put forward, and the scheme of data processing is designed. Taking a mechanism part for example, the practical application is performed, and proves the feasibility and practicality of the method.
